I'm sure all the reviews are about the same young lady I went in today to return an Amazon package. She was so rude and short with me. Ups should really do something about her. I will continue to deal with the orange city location always nice and helpful.

Highway Robbery!! I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Zappos. I decided to return one pair last week, so I happened to be in Orlando and there was a UPS store. So, I stopped in… they charged $7.00 to box the shoes… and back to Zappos the shoes went! NOW, this week decided to return the other pair of Zappos… so, drove to my neighborhood UPS store of South Deland… to be charged $18.00 to box the same pair of shoes as last week! I said to the lady, wow… this is almost triple what I paid in Orlando for the same service from UPS in Orlando. She says… well each center is individually owned and this is our fee. ? I can understand a $2.00 difference… BUT an $11.00 difference is crazy!! Now seeing all the bad reviews… this doesn’t surprise me! Really sad. This was JUST for the box! Not the shipping because Zappos pays the shipping! I literally paid $18.00 for them to box my shoes.

BRING YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT. The reviews by others are not wrong!
The middle aged female who says she is the manager at this UPS store has NO PEOPLE SKILLS. She is snippy, curt and rude to people who are just following directions from Amazon for their returns.
After trying to comply with her (personal) shipping demands on a second trip to the store, this UPS employee told me to go elsewhere with my returns.
Oddly enough, the Orange City UPS store accepted my Amazon items with a smile, no fuss and thanked me.

I would give the store a 4 star rating for ease of service-but the one female worker shoots that rating down to a 2. She has serious issues and should not be dealing in customer service. We just moved here and have been to this store twice in 10 days and her demeanor has been the same both times. She must just be having a perpetual “bad day”!

No surprise they have a 3.0 rating, although, I would have guessed lower. Went in for an Amazin return and the woman that waited on me was extremely curt and rude. Is it too much for business owners/emploees to treat those who contribute to keeping them employed or keeping their business open with a little kindness. I'll plan to return and ship any items out of the other location on Woodland, near Lowe's, which maintains a 4.5 star review.

There is the same woman with curly red hair working everytime I come in and she is always extremely rude. Absolutely zero customer service. This employee needs to be replaced.

The WORST UPS staff I've ever encountered. So rude. The reviews are totally true. I was being cutesy with a baby who was in line with their mom and the woman behind the counter seemed so upset! Lmao! She did my 3 returns with no greeting, didnt look up, barely said a word.
The other worker at the counter was also very disgruntled.
I don't need you to jump for joy when customers walk in, but don't take it out on us because your job is miserable.
I've made besties with almost every UPS I've gone to across the nation, whether staff is very talkative or not. This place? Total joy stealer ?? Can't argue with me about it, these reviews say it all ?
Attached my receipt for proof - didn't get names like I usually do because I wanted to be out of there asap. Hopefully the time stamp will help pin point them if a better manager ever gets a hold of this place..

Employee 270717 is very rude. I was there to return an Amazon order, she does not know how to explain nothing, she charge 10.17 to repack my boxes that they were already seal. When I ask why she was very offensive. She does not know how to great people. I will definitely give you a review in Google for poor service

Rude! Rude!! Rude!!! I don't know how this lady is "manager" she can't even manage her own anger. I guess the policy with Amazon changed & you have to return things in their original packaging. Instead of politely informing me of this she snapped at me! She doesn't need to be working any where near the public. NO PEOPLE SKILLS!!! Maybe she's good with cardboard & tape, but not people. I will no longer conduct any business with this location. Instead, I will drive North just to not deal with Ms. Attitude! If I could give zero stars I would. From reading other reviews UPS must not care that this location has a very Rude employee & hasn't done anything to remedy the situation. Stay away from the UPS "KAREN" unless you enjoy getting yelled at.

I really enjoy dropping packages off at this location except when I have to deal with one worker (female), who opened your location this morning. I let the time she had me standing outside at 8:05 one morning while she did whatever inside, never apologized and generally made me feel as if I was somehow bothering her to show up after the 8am opening, go. I let all the times I had to endure her grumbling, I don’t want to be bothered attitude, go. This morning, however, takes the proverbial cake:
I show up at around 8:20, she’s in the back with someone attempting to fix something. Never acknowledges the stream of people entering, only to dismissively call out to no one in particular that we are welcome to use the drop off kiosk if we want. Now I had never seen this kiosk there and seems like a perfectly good idea, but there were 4 other people besides myself trying to figure this out- Not knowing what to do with packages which don’t fit in the box. Never once (I was there 10 minutes) acknowledged any of us. Whoever this person is, she should not be in a customer facing position. She simply lacks any basic CE skills and it’s really unfortunate as the rest of your staff is the complete opposite.

The gentleman was so kind and efficient in getting my returns made to Amazon! I am always amazed at how kind they are but today exceeded my expectations when they helped me with my packaging needs.
