No matter WHAT I was trying to accomplish by calling doesn't excuse the Rude and Unprofessional attitude I was given on the phone.. There was NO Smile in their voices .. maybe I'm just one out of hundreds but it's Not Good Customer Service. I used to Love to go browse and even spend $-$$$ but No More ..

Love, love, love Nikki's Furniture & Decor! When we were building our DeLand home in 2021 we found the selection at Nikki's to be fabulous ... and the furniture was mainly made I. America or Canada. There are accent pieces that are made in Vietnam. We found this aspect to be a breath of fresh air after shopping the huge box stores! We purchased a guest bedroom suite of furniture, a sofa, cocktail table and two end tables. The prices are closet a tad higher than the big box stores, but we are willing to pay the difference for items that are not mass produced. Nikki and and her husband are personable and dynamic folks, and they stand behind their products. I can say with certainty that if I am in the market for furniture or decor, Nikki's will be my first choice!

Love love love Nikki's! They have the most unique items,beautiful tropical peices. Prices are reasonable for what you choose! I have even purchased such a pretty recliner from there! If you need help decorating your home,Especially beachside this is a great place to start!

Bought my sofa here and it is perfect! I chose the color and the style. So many choices it was hard but with help I got the perfect sofa. I couldn’t be happier with the leather that I chose. The quality is great. The sofa unlike many you’ll find has leather in between the cushions as well. You can’t find that most places unless you pay way more than here.I’m going to go again and find the perfect chair! Thank you for great service and quality.

This is a fantastic store for anyone looking to have a memorable furniture shopping experience. My partner and I were trying to find a dining room set, but needed it same day for a family event happening at our home the next day. Nikki and her husband worked with us to find the perfect table and went above and beyond to even deliver it to us that evening (after hours) when the afternoon rain stopped us from being able to take it in our own truck. We will definitely be stopping back in for more pieces around our house!

I went to a home show this weekend. I loved the sample decor that Nikki's brought to the event. My daughter and I visited the store after the home show and made a purchase. There are so many unique items at this store. If you are into Coastal, this is your place. I just purchased a home and I will be back for more goodies as soon as I have the inside ready. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed seeing the really nice and big home decor they have there that I haven't seen in many other places. They even had some tall thin colorful lights made of leaves that I thought were very pretty. The staff (possibly the owners) were very friendly! They happily told us about things to do in Deland since we inquired.
