A disgraceful experience! Due to their staffing issue my appointment was pushed back an hour and the therapist was changed from female to male. What made this worst is I was not advised of this change until after I had changed out of my clothes and waited an hour! I had to leave. They stated they attempted to call me the prior day but my phone will block any unknown callers, so if they're using a backline that does not display their company name the call will be blocked. (But text messages don't get blocked.) The saddest is part of the experience is that the massage had been a gift from loved ones that watched me sacrifice for several years as a solo caregiver for my recently deceased father. How do I tell them their gift didn't bring comfort but instead cause more stres? The staff were polite and offered me a bar of soap (which I didn't accept) but that didn't recover the customer experience. The building was lovely and well maintained but located on a busy street. So if you have a massage, that relaxing feeling will disappear when you attempt to pull out of the parking lot into multi- lanes of traffic.

I have been coming to this spa for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I had a much needed facial yesterday and Angela was so informative about my skin and very personable and professional. Thank you Angela! ♡

The woman behind the reception desk overcharged me for my service by not applying the gift certificate I had on account . When I bought it to her attention, she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because she already ran my card, and that I would just have to use it another time…she could certainly have either cancelled the transaction and redone it, or credited my card for the overcharge, instead, I have a $55.00 credit at a spa that I will probably never patronize again for a hot stone massage that was just average..not to mention the aggravation ruined the whole spa experience

This place is fabulous. Clean, cozy, and friendly. I was gifted a facial and massage package & I highly recommend that if you’re looking to spoil yourself or someone else. The massage therapist and esthetician both listened to me and provided exactly what I asked for. Can’t wait to go back!
