Bought my son a car from here. We were told that their mechanic went over the car. We were also told that the car came with no warranty. I felt like it was just something to hold him over for a year. As long as they had their mechanic went over we would go ahead. My son had the car for 26 days and it broke down. Took it to a shop that we have delt with in the past and trusted. He said that this car was sold to us with several problems. That if they truly went over the car they would of caught. The cost to repair estimate is $4700.00! My son went back to talk to them and nothing was resolved. They told him that we should of looked the car over better! We are guilty of trusting them when they told us that the car had been checked and would be good for driving around town. Buyer be ware!

I had a very pleasant experience with this company & Donny, he was very cool not pressuring at all basically let us look at the car unbothered & let us test drive it & answered every question we had, honestly i thought i wasn’t going to even get a car because i recently had one repossessed about a year & a half ago, & he got me approved! my credit did go up during that year & a half so i think that helped as well, anyway the car i got was everything i was looking for and i am so happy! donny was great & i recommend this business if your looking for a car / loan and you might not think you'll get approved if you’re in the same situation as i was in.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I financed my vehicle a month and a half ago. When I first asked about the car you said the vehicle price was $6500 I told you to start the paperwork and I'd be back the next day with insurance and the down payment. But when I came back the next day and signed paperwork you put vehicle price as $7500. That's the start of the shady down hill slope with you people. Not to mention you said you were handling the registration but it has now been nearly 2 months and every time I call the DMV they still say you haven't sent them any paperwork for title or registration. So now lets begin the cons since there isn't any pros to this situation. It has broke down and left my wife and kids stranded for the 4th time now! Donnie and Billy are cool until they get your money then they quit answering the phone and emails. 3 days in, check engine light came on. 1 week in 2 ignition coils and spark plugs failed. 2 weeks in another 2 coil packs and spark plugs failed. That's 4 of 6 spark plugs and ignition coils failed within 2 weeks of having the car. Week 3 alternator failed making the battery drain and fail. Week 4 coolant return hose blew off the radiator and drained all the coolant out of the radiator which damn near seized the engine. week 5 the send and receive trans fluid cooler hoses started leaking which dropped 3 quarts of trans fluid before the car started smoking like Cheech and Chong to let me know HEY your trans is cooking! Every last suspension and steering component under the front end is shot bushing wise which makes the vehicle hard to handle at any speed over 45 mph. I understand I signed a as is no warranty but there is a standard to good business and you guys definitely don't have it. YOU said in an email you don't like people that make accusations against your dealership and called me a keyboard commando well bud I'm here to tell you I don't make accusations I state facts and stand on them. Everything I just mentioned in this review has receipts and the mechanic that preformed every service as proof. I am not a keyboard commando I'm a hard working tax paying American father of 3 children that just wanted reliable transportation for my wife and kids THAT I GAVE YOU 2k cash down for. This thing isn't even valued even close to what I already have into it. 2k cash down, a $350 payment and easily $1500 dollars and counting in service repairs between parts and labor. Im writing this in hopes that it makes it hard for you to scam the next. I stand behind everything I say on here, in person or in a courtroom. half of these reviews are for the owner before y'all took over and the other half is guaranteed friends or affiliates because I cant see anyone that would be pleased spending money with a business just to get a vehicle they have to constantly fix and still pay on. Every vehicle in your inventory is complete trash. Your professionalism and human decency is complete trash and in hopes this place will likely be closing its doors in the near future. I really hope this saves your next customer from becoming a victim to your fraudulent dealings.

Overall the experience that we endured this day of buying a car was absolutely incredible. I walked through the front door introduce myself and my wife told him the situation we were in and what we are looking to do. Within less than 20 minutes we were out the door in our new car. I kid you not on the the 20 minutes so small family business and they care about other small. We will buy another car from them very soon. Highly recommended. You go in there and be real with them you'll get the same in return.

***FLASE ADVERTISING***POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE***I seen 2 cars I was interested in online I showed up the next day to check out the car’s & potentially buy a cheap car or finance a newer one, they were not open so i decided to call, a rude gentleman by the name “BILLY” answered the phone I asked questions about the cars, he straight up told me one of the car’s transmission is bad “I think” but the other one I was interested in was good. I asked if they charged interest rates & what are the requirements, the guy didn’t seem to know what he was selling then through crazy numbers at me with high monthly payments on a used car! I became interested, Billie told me to come check them out & I stated I was currently at their location but their not open, i thanked him for his time where he responded to me “**** you” & ended the call. ***POOR MINDED & UNPROFESSIONAL THANK YOU BILLY***

Honestly one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had, very straight up and honest with me before I even had to ask about a certain component in the car, Donnie didn’t try to rush me into a sale as some shady dealerships do. Donnie is an extremely professional and kind buissness man and I would have no regrets if I was to buy from him in the future

Good place to buy a car. Billy and his son Don are good people. I've had the car I bought from them for 2 years now, no problems and he was really flexible with payments, if I was ever running late, as long as you let him know what's going on, he was cool about it
