I have been a Publix customer for years. I ask at the customer service desk before Thanksgiving if they would order RedBridge Gluten free beer for me, Publix has carried it for a long time. They said yes and took my name and contacted information. I was told that someone would call me with an update but I have never received any information. I asked again before Christmas and was told that my information was given to the Store Manager and that would take care of this. Well, I still haven't heard anything, so I asked again this past week. Still I know nothing! The South Publix store doesn't carry any Gluten Free beer! I find this very frustrating and poor customer service. Nancy Sackman

I love it! Great produce and even better bakery. Clean and open early. The pharmacy even has a druve thru! I recommend this Publix store.

Well I have been filling my sons prescription at this location (Country Corners) for years. So today I had a “new” employee (Kaylee) I’m assuming.Well she was rude and not helpful at all. I’ve used a co-pay coupon since my son has been on this new medication (1 year) and she tells me it’s not in the computer and that I have never used it before. I told her, yes I have. But I paid the 25.00 which was 77.00. But is never any cost at all. And then she says “next time, you need to come inside, so you won’t hold up the line”. There was no one in line behind us. But even if there was, there is a drive-thru for a reason. So we were trying to tell this lady about the coupon and asked her again on why it cost, well she hung up the phone (speaker) and walked away. I love Publix but this lady is not a good fit there.

Stopped at the pharmacy I've been filling my prescriptions at for the past 4 years on our way home from having surgery on my foot I still had my surgery bracelets on my foot wrapped and in a boot crutches by my side , well the doctor wrote my prescription with my married name on it but my DL has my maiden name on it and she actually had the nerve to say she thinks the prescription was a fake and refused to fill it never once try a different form of ID , now it's a friday evening and monday being a holiday so I could not get ahold of anyone at the doctor's office to get a new prescription wrote so I ended up going to the emergency room for help , this woman could have easily seen in my pharmacy records that I dont ever get pain medication and having all the proof in the world that I literally just had surgery a few hours earlier she calls me a drug seeker and said she would shred my prescription. I have never been treated in that way in my life I was in tears ! Something needs to change at that pharmacy this woman I'm assuming was the pharmacy manager and clearly should not have that job .. apparently you're not supposed to get upset that you cant get the medication you need because there was something not to her liking on your prescription she took NO steps at all to help me in any way , what a cold unfeeling woman she should be ashamed ..

My home Publix now! Staff is always friendly and happy to help. Food seems to be always fresh. I mostly focus on getting my produce here as it is the best quality. (Recently I've stopped doing all my shopping at Publix because the prices have increased so much! But this isn't store specific)

If I could leave less than one star I would. My girlfriend was just refused her anti anxiety medication because the manager thought the prescription “looked funny” you do not need a job working at a pharmacy if you’re going to refuse mentally sick people their medication. Especially when it comes to Anti anxiety or anti psychotic medications. The manger told us that she wants to “call her doctor and ask why it’s prescribed the way it is” I am furious right now! And I will be telling all family and friends not to use this pharmacy! To make matter worse, the supposed manager asked my girlfriend to explain her medical history and why she needed the medication. These are personal questions that should not be asked while filling a prescription. Those are questions for doctors and patients to handle in private behind closed doors. And the lady was extremely rude to us! I simply cannot believe they allow this woman to work here. Corrective action needs to be taken immediately as this woman’s actions could wind up killing someone!

Bad service and no accountability at all. Today is my third bad experience, medications are never ready when they are supposed to. They don't take any responsibility and always say that they are busy.

Clean store with friendly staff and always fresh product. Have to get a chicken tender sub here at least once a month! Lol. So delicious!!

I haven't had many good experiences lately with this Publix. If you go in at noon, there's no chicken ready in the deli, go in at 6:00 in the evening on a Friday, no fried or roasted chicken ready to go. There is always a wait if you want something....

Joe the bakery manager saved the day. I had ordered a birthday cake a week in advance and when I got there to pick it up on my way to my daughter's party, the cake wasn't even started yet, and I was just told " well we are backed up and busy" which to me is unacceptable because that is why I placed the order well in advance. There were lots of others waiting also... The manager said they would make the cake and hand deliver it to my party 30 mins away and Joe delivered it himself with balloons and a hug. I appreciate his quickness to make it right. My daughter had her cake, and it was a hit.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Every single time I pick up a prescription it’s not ready. I just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to be told my script was nt ready as promised and I needed to return an hour later. Unacceptable when they have had the order for over a day. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere unless you like unnecessary trips.

I'm not going back to this place. Everyone who works at a service counter, especially seafood, seems so unbelievably pissed to do their job that it makes me unhappy even going in. (I get seafood cuts every trip, so it's significant to me.) Never experienced that at a Publix before. Everything else about the store seems okay, but the seafood counter employees could stand to undergo customer service training. No provocation either- just extreme rudeness and serious delay in taking an order.

I almost didn't want to do a review because google requires that you give at least a star and I don't think they deserve it. Just to give them a chance, because everybody has a bad day sometimes, I chose not to write my review 6 months earlier. Nothing has ever been different. While there are few nice staff, the majority are, in my opinion, unkind, uncaring, and unsuitable to be in an environment that involves interaction with the public. Publix should do some serious inquiring, because a brief interaction with the majority of this pharmacy staff seriously tarnishes their brand.
