I had something rebuilt from them 15 years ago great service had no problems this time I had to take it back to them for different times and I got tired I went to transmission masters and turns out they put in used parts in my transmission rebuild

I was referred to Pro Trans by a friend. I had a bad experience. Poor customer care. They did not keep their promise of timely service and I feel like I was overcharged. I would not recommend to anyone.

sounds like another cry baby to me i am a general manager of a repair shop im quit sure it didnt happen the way you say it did some people are never satisfied no matter what you do pro trans is an awesome shop and i take all my trans work there they are awesome to say the least
