“Honestly, I've never had a problem here (the younger guy with blonde highlights is consistently amazing) but this new girl, Abigail, is miserable!!!
Complained about the brightness being to low to scan the code off my phone. I told her another associate scanned it just fine less than 2 minutes prior, to which she responded "Oh well".
Maybe she was frustrated/overwhelmed at the long line, but it's UPS and there's OFTEN a long line. If that bothers you, work elsewhere ??♀️
It was so bad that when I was done & walked away, I told a fellow customer to have a good day because I'm naturally a happy person, ) that she said "Thank you!" at me from behind as thought I was talking to her. Good luck to whatever manager has to deal with that. She ruins the whole vibe?”
“Great when you need money in a hurry. The payment for the service isn't bad either it's about 11%. Everybody there is courteous and helpful. There's also a lot of other things that they do like a utility bills and free money orders.”
