Witnessed Pratt flatbed heading south on Garfield Ave, just south of Kentucky, pass a car over double yellow lines and speed past elementary school hitting about 60mph. Car that was passed almost drove over sidewalk where I was walking my dog and thought I was in danger as well. I may not know who to recommend for towing, but will definitely tell everyone NOT to use Pratt. (Incident occurred Thursday 12/28 approx. 6:20pm)

I had the unfortune to be involved in a crash on I-4 in a severe rainstorm. Pratts was dispatched by FHP. My truck was stuck behind a guardrail. Ernest and Mike showed true professionalism and safely and quickly recovered my truck and got a 2nd tow truck on scene for the other vehicle. Afterwards Mike gave me a ride home to Port Orange. These guys are true professionals and show amazing teamwork and knowledge.

I had the good fortune of using Pratts Towing after my 40 foot RV became disabledthe driver Dave was extraordinarily careful in handling my motor home crawling under the coach to disconnect the drive shaft and making all the adjustments necessary.Dave the was friendly and very competent I could not be more pleased and strongly recommend this outfit as well as CoachNetServices: Special vehicle towing

Let me tell you how AWESOME Aaron from Pratt's Towing is...I reached out for help on the DeLand FB group. Aaron's fiancé calls him and tells him to go help me. He shows up while I am talking to AAA (who gets 1 star). We got my order transferred to Pratt's Towing and Aaron. Aaron got my car to my house. He had a little issue with the equipment. So he dropped it in my driveway and we pushed it up into the garage. So thankful for everyone who helped me get my "new to me" 1966 VW Beetle into my garage where she belongs.

Aaron saved the day and got us to the parts store to get a new battery to end a long day. Tried using AAA but ended up calling Pratts directly and they got there in 30 mins. Awesome service.

This company will not give me my personal stuff with out getting the title signed and get a notarized letter and pay $200 so they can get another title I just want my personal stuff out of the car they can have the car I got my inhaler I need for my COPD and my handycap place card and the keys to my house I've tried for a week to contact them it was a week and a half before they got back to me and told me this I am disabled and I can't afford to pay the $200 they want to get another title for them selfs and they sent a notice saying they were going to sell the car on July 6th that's only a month that they had the car all I want is my personal stuff out of the car

They need to teach their drivers how to drive and use turn signals. I was coming through the round about at Orange Camp Rd and Kepler. I was in the left lane he was in the right. The moment we got through the round about he starts cutting over with no turn signal. He just about ran me off the road. Then he continues to harrass me all the way on Kepler past 44. He is riding my bumper, honking his horn at me, driving on side of road that had all the lines in it trying to pass me. At the red light on Kepler and 44 he jumps out of his truck and I got out also where he proceeded to threaten me, called me a bitch, got in my face acting like he wanted to hit me. Told me if I did it again it would be the last time. Then as he's getting back in his truck he tells me I'm not his type and I'm probably loose down there (private parts). He then proceeded with blowing his horn again at me. The merge lane he was in was pretty long so he did not have to get over right away and should have used his signal. I'm not sure what kind of drivers they hire but they must be full of rage. I'm a 6th generation Florida cracker and I know a lot of people as my family do also. if this is how the drivers treat people, I'm going to pass the word around. And note to the driver...I have a few choice words for you and never judge a book by its cover. He seems like a woman beater.

Only pick up vehicles that they feel they can make money with. Even if you are in contract with them. Very unprofessional. Called 5 days in a row and refuse to get back to me.

I backed my truck off into the grass and the drive tire spun. I called Pratt's and the lady said they could respond "within the hour". Tito showed up in an hour and ten minutes. Nice. He winched me three feet, and I was loose. A fair price, very timely response and totally professional. No damage to my unit. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call.Service: Special vehicle towing

Aaron really helped me out! Spent 4 hours waiting for other area companies assigned by AAA, none of them showed up! Aaron showed up, brought me a gatorade, and gave me a lift to my hotel after dropping the car at the dealership.Pratt’s is fortunate to have such a diligent, thoughtful, and hardworking employee! Thanks Aaron!!
