I stopped in today to buy some goldfish. The tanks were disgusting. There must have been 30 fish heads in the goldfish tank, and some of the more expensive fish had multiple dead fish stuck to the filters. It looked like someone may have messed up the chemicals there were so many dead. No one came to ask if I needed help when I walked out there were 3 employees doing nothing at the register

With how heavily stocked the fish tanks are with fish, please be more considerate of what species should be housed together and the needs of the species. it made me sad seeing the glofish corydoras with all of their little whiskers nipped off of their faces. They were crammed in with multiple glofish tiger barbs that are known to be nippy and aggressive, and I feel like this was blatantly ignored for the convenience of being able to stock all the "glofish" in one tank

What a great experience. I had just brought home my new Adopted Dog and didn't have any supplies. They really bent over backwards to deal with all my questions and even helped me out with an Online Discount Special they were having that week. Also the prices and selections are much better than Petsmart. Although i frequent both equally, I think this store will be my Go-To now though. Thanks Guys!

Giving my dog a bath today and sliced my finger on the tile in the dog bath and the 2 employees working (should have got there names but they were working on 4/24/24 around 2ish pm) younger kids/adults and they were both awesome, my son let the one at the counter know and he yelled to the other employee in the back of the store to bring bandaids quick, and not only did she bring the whole first aid kid but helped put the bandaid on (trying to contain a husky and putting on a bandaid isn’t easy! lol). I was very impressed how they handled it and very helpful!!
Oh and almost forgot, didn’t just get 2 free bandaids but also a free rubber glove!!!! ?

Nice store and friendly staff. I stopped here after visiting aldi. They have many supplies for my guinea pigs and the prices are fair. I highly recommend this pet store-you won't be disappointed ❤️

A well organized store. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Every pet we have purchased here has been healthy. Has supplies for small animals, birds, and reptiles. 2023 update: the above still applies.

Went to bathe the dogs in their tub area. This is the second time I have used it. The first time I went, my pup was offered a treat after her bath. This time, they were not. Not that it is a huge deal, which is why I gave 5 stars. But the first time they said it comes with the package. Very polite staff and clean store.
