Ordered parts my daughters quad on August 13, 2020 and it is now September 21, 2020 and I still have no shipping information and now they are not answering the phone. At this point all I want is my refund and I can’t even get that, Can’t receive my parts and now my money.. What a horrible experience and really screwed up shipping process.

Extremley slow on orders. Bad customer service. And horrible at communicating with their customers. Its been almost 2 months now sence i ordered a part i needed asap from this buisness and after 3 email's i still have goten no response back. A month ago they told me my part was on a 2 week turn around time (roughly 2 weeks after my inital order was placed) and sence then, no response despite contacting them 3 times. Very disappointing, will not be going here again

If you need parts quick do not order online From Parts outlaw. They do not stock your part they have to order it from someone else so you're looking at over 2 weeks before you even get Your order. I needed parts for my bike not realizing The way they do business and it being my only vehicle now I'm out for 2 weeks.
