Pros; nice people and quick to respond.
Con: They surprise you junk fees that inflate the advertised sale amount. Also, they low ball you on your trade in.

I want to start off by saying I was in an almost impossible situation to get out of, I was stuck in a car loan with my 2019 jeep Cherokee where I was significantly under water in the loan. I was shopping around desperately trying to find someone to help me, 3 other dealerships I went to told me it couldn’t be done unless I had over $10,000 down. Parks Toyota Deland was the only one who would really give me the time of day to help me. Amber specifically was litterally my saving grace, we went back and forth for a while trying to figure out a way for me to get out of my nightmare of a car loan that I had. We figured out a plan and what would work best for my financial needs, I didn’t get into my dream car but we have a plan in place to get me where I need to be and they gave me thousands more for my trade in than any of the other dealers! Amber is one of the most kindest non pressuring car sales representatives I’ve ever met and she didn’t give up on helping me and I’m forever grateful for her. If you want a car sales representative that’s going to listen to you and strive to get you the best possible deal she is your girl! I never thought I would be a Toyota girly but their service and car quality is unmatched. Amber I will be back in a year for my dream car! Thank you so much for everything! ??

Unbelievable experience.The service here is crazy good.Lets jus say I left with more then I could've imagined with my credit??.This Guy named Tommy went above and beyond to help me.I had 3 options and he help put me in the best one.He's scary good..Very friendly but professional.I would recommend this place a million times if I could.

Big yikes if you buy a car from this dealership. Andrea was not helpful. She continued to huff and puff when she brought the finance sheet over and we did not like the terms and tried to negotiate. The finance guy was very rude…..he never introduced himself, but made sure to come over and try to let us know how dumb we were. Try not to get scammed by their $3,000 “parks plus benefits” that they add on top of their “advertised” price…. Find another dealership!
