Beware when you go to office Depot to send a $2 fax. They put a $5 hold on your bank account which is supposed to come off immediately when your transaction is complete. It has been 24 hours and the hold is still on the $5 in my account. That may not be a lot of money to some people but I am retired and on social security, and not having that money kept me from finishing purchasing my groceries for the month. Needless to say I am extremely pissed and I will find someplace else to do my business from now on.

On Saturday, May 11, 2024. I sent a print job in around 11 o’clock in the morning, and it said ready by five. The crew at my office Depot when I called them asked when did I need them and even though it was a very short time, they were able to push and get my stuff done for me so that I could head to my event in a whole Nother county.outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and good quality work! Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate it.

Needed to fax something, and it's now self service for 1.75 per page. Asked for help and the guy said he doesn't know how the machine works. Machine next to the one I was using shut down in the middle of a lady using it. Customer service is gone :(

I was having trouble deciding which ink to buy for my printer and requested assistance. I also had empty ink cartridges to return and she helped with that. But she informed me of a new business relaiontship perk that would give me additional discounts that I was not aware. I signed up and immediately received one of the discounts on that purchase.
