I have consigned with Ms. Preppy Pants; Christa is professional, honest and quick to pay for items that she has sold. I had two of my father's 1970's vintage Lily Pulitzer blazers... I could not bring myself to take them to the Goodwill. Christa was able to find and new owner for the jackets and I walked away with cash! It was a win-win! (And, she marketed the jackets online with adorable photos!) Thank you so much Christa!

I don't recommend buying at this store or consigning at this store. I parked in the back of the store with the owner's permission as we arrived at the same time. First, she didn't know she had an appt with me. Second, she wouldn't let me in through the back door to evaluate her store. I had already gone to several consignment stores and they were too low-end for my clothes, shoes and bags. She asked me to walk around the block to her front door in a light sprinkle rain. WTH? I told her I didn't care what the back entrance looked like, I just would like to go inside. She did offer to come out and look at my items but personally, I didn't want to stand out in a light rain with her while she went through all my clothes, purses and shoes. I emphasized I wanted to look at her store first. She said, well drive around to the front if walking in the rain bothers you. Had I done that, everybody knows you can't turn right on Woodland Blvd. from New York Ave. which is what I would of had to do, or else make numerous turns to get back around to the front of her store just so I could walk in through her front door. I was so over her being difficult. WHY do people act this way?

By chance I just happened to stumble upon this lovely little shop today. I have been looking for dresses for my son’s wedding and purchased several dresses to try on since most dressing rooms are closed. I could have settled on what I had but my inner self told me to keep looking. I wanted something to wow me. Today I drove slowly through downtown Deland and decided to pull off into a small parking lot so I could walk and get a closer look at the shops. Walking by I noticed the cute name of this shop and decided to go in. Low and behold I found two “wow” dresses and bought them both!!! The owner made my experience so much fun! I will be back!!
