Horrible service and rude reps. They tried to OVERCHARGE me 250$ when I got the deal for 40$ online. Do not buy in store you can buy the phone online for a fraction of the price. The stores are franchises who don't have to follow Metro PCS price chart on phones, so they rip customers off for hundreds of dollars per visit. Love Metro, just not the privately

I went in to pay a bill in December right before Xmas an the guy at the counter with tattoos on his face asked me if I wanted to add a tablet since there was a promotion. I asked him how much. The tablet was 20, so I got 2 of them so I could give gifts for Xmas. My bill went up from 25 dollars to 85 dollars. So I asked the guy do I have to have them as part of my plan , he said yes but if I want my bill to go back to my original 25 dollars I'd have to call c. S an remove the tablet before my next bill cycle. So I said ok but once they are removed I'll get my original bill back to 25 dollars for my original line an be able to keep my free line for life as well... He said yes. Well that was a lie. I removed the tablets and my bill is now at 45 a month and I can not get my free line back. I went into the store an spoke to the female Tami, and she tried to help me get my bill back to original. She was there when this guy sold me the tablets , so she knew exactly what I was promised. Still she tried and could not help me. Tami was very helpful and I have no complaints on her, but the guy with tattoos on his face that sold me the tablets and assured me I'd get my bill back to original 25 dollars straight up lied to my face, or doesn't know what hes doing and should not be working there. I'm really irritated over this . It's sad the customer has to suffer because of lack of knowledge on the worker at the store. I've been with metro for about a decade , an this is how I'm treated. I will not being paying this bill. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If u go into the store in DeLand by the super Walmart do not let the guy with tattoos on his face help you!!

RIP OFF Alert ?They will take your money for a fake SIM card. It works only in their store. T-Mobile never see’s the sim and there is no service on their network, proven by T-Mobile tech support. This privately owned store will refuse to assist you and then hand you a fake receipt after not providing one at the time of sale. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

Service was great! The store associates were amazing! Marcus was the one who helped me, he's very knowledgeable and he answered all the questions I had.So sorry but I forget the other gentleman's name who was working but he was also very helpful.They both made it all worth while.. and saved me money in every way possible! After spending countless hours interacting with customer service to no resolve, I still don't have service after 3.5 weeks. 30-50 calls, mostly dropped due to issue originally causing my problem. Tried to buy a phone offered by customer service agent. Call dropped, started over and a week later......no phone no service

Marcus helped me out with an upgrade. He definitely deserves a raise!! Five star customer service. He was awesome. Hard to find that at the metro stores closer to my home.

If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service at this store is atrocious. First, they let minors make transactions without account holder notification. When you try to resolve issues and they say they will call you, they won't. I had to drive 40 miles to handle this because the ironic thing is that they are a phone store without a working phone. The manager and staff just don't care.

All the staff are very kind and professional. They are helpful in finding you a good phone for a good price. Plus they always got good deals and the price of my monthly bill is way cheaper than before with my other serviceI had a good experience no problems fairly fast service aswell
