They keep letting my second line access my account without my permission. Somehow I still have 3 lines showing when there should only be 2. Not acceptable.

My husband went there yesterday. The Pregnant woman working was rude and did not help him at all. She actually hurried him out of the store. Worst customer service ever. Because of her we switched to a better company and took our entire family with us. There's no reason for unprofessionalism, even if you are pregnant and annoyed. No reason whatsoever.

If I could give no stars I would. The employees know nothing about their jobs. Worse they don't even know their plans. The store smelled like weed. The manager was to busy trying to score on a customer. I've been there 3 times to get my plan fixed. They can't even handle doing that. Complete con men and liars. Stay far away. The only purpose of this store is to get stoned or a date.

The entire Metro PCS network is down and I went into the store and the guy at counter had no timeframe except an hour or two and meanwhile I am conducting business and now this is causing me a lot of frustration and I am most likely going to change my service! What a terrible Network Metro PCS is!
