“These reviews are crazy. The person at the front desk was super kind and helpful to me and to others. I was checked in very quickly, around 15 min after I walked in. Many negative reviews about waiting 30+ minutes may be posted because of a misunderstanding of the 30 min employee Lunch break from 12 to 1230. You need to check in through a virtual check in kiosk in the corner of the room, if you don't then it may appear you have not yet checked in. If you can't check in virtually, tell someone at the front desk that you need help. Please don't yell at anyone at the front desk...or any customer service workers for the record.”

Lab in Deland and it's the total opposite of that! Laura and Alicia are friendly, helpful, and are good at what they do. They always go the extra mile for me. Thank you for the great service!”
