Absolutely rude manager, rude staff -will NOT help with anything too busy on cell phones. NEVER AGAIN LOWES I will travel to Home Depot even though Lowes is right around the corner from me, but my family and I will travel- I will be writing corporate in case they care.

They have everything but good luck finding someone to help you. They probably have low pay and not enough employees to keep up with customers. Don't get me wrong, older people tend to need more attention because they're lonely so they tend to bogart the few employees there.

The person on the floor that tried to make a key for me was nice, but said the machine didn't support my kind of key and suggested I try another hardware store. As I was walking out, I saw a do it yourself machine that was able to copy my key without issue. Glad i saw it. The either must not be aware of it ???♂️

Just wish they weren't doing the whole wally world wait on myself checkout. Most of time employee still having to deal with you or items anyway. So no time saved. But employees for most part are friendly and helpful.
