Another case of bait and switch. The app advertised the items for sale and one was on sale through December 14. Then the app stated Not available for home delivery through app. I called the store. I was told it had to be ordered in person at the Pro desk. I drove over an hour to the store to order in person. Nope. Not available. At all. Doesn't exist. I was told to try Tractor Supply or Amazon! I tried customer service online, it is not in stock anywhere. So why is it on sale? All the app is just a wishlist? A lookbook? Look what we could sell if we had it list? Lowes has one similar for twice the price. That's the definition of bait and switch. Customer service wanted my email to notify more when/if it becomes available. How does that magic work? When it's not on sale?

The DeLand Lowe's service folks have always been very helpful and friendly. Even today, when I exploded a quart of paint on the ground just after leaving the store. They set upon the spill and made the area safe. There was only minimal ribbing involved, although I deserved much more.

I tried lowes in Orange City today at 10:30 am. No human checkouts open!!!! This is the new direction of customer service. I for one will resist, no staffed checkout, no buy.

I visited the store in DeLand to purchase a lamp shade for a hard to buy for lamp. I found one that looked good, but it was displayed up to high for my reach to examine. I asked one of the cashiers for help, and she sent a call for someone to come to the lamp shade area ..... thirty minutes later still no one. There were at least a dozen Lowes employees walking by, and I asked a few for help and they said they would get someone that works in the area. Anyway, ended up climbing up the display and getting the lamp shade myself ... and then had to go through self check out. Poor customer service.

I bought a mistint paint sample for 2$ gave the cashier Dave at register 7 a twenty and he gave-me change for a ten I told him wasn't that a twenty not a ten then i had to wait awhile to reopen the cash drawer but he said there isn't a twenty in the ten slot( (of course not he put it in the twenty slot i know i gave him a twenty because thats all i had in my pocket moral of story never use cash only credit cards never going there again

It was So Nice to find someone who knows about finding the perfect tree that my Husband and I were looking for. His name is Rambo and He was So Kind and Knowledgeable about your products. Lowe's is generally top notch on there customer service, and this location generally has wonderful associates working here, however the past few times I've visited this location the customer service has been less than satisfactory by a few people checking us out.

i bought a refrigerator from lowes and purchased a 5 year warranty. the fridge worked fine for 2 years and one day i opened it and the lights flashed in a 1, 2 , 3, 4, sequence and the fridge turned off. at first they (Lowes) were very responsive and it was pretty quick and painless to schedule a repair. then after that it all changed. repair people cancelled and said it would be weeks before they could get out. then trying to call the warranty department you sit endlessly on hold with the same message playing over and over telling you they have high call volume and please continue to hold. after over an hour on hold and no other information but the same repeated message over and over. i decided to hang up. it has now been 5 weeks and my fridge has still not been repaired and i have not received reimbursement for the food i lost.

Lowe's never has the items I need .. takes forever to get answers, checkout, etc.. Sorry - I'm shopping at Home Depot from now on even though this store is .3 miles from my home. I started shopping at the "Depot" for every item I can't find at Lowe's and HD always has the items I need "in stock" ... How weird .. I know they are lower profit margin items but come on. Things have changed at Lowe's and their selection and service has just gone down hill .. and has been steadily getting worse for the last 6 months. Oh well .. I loved Lowe's over the "Depot" for years .. now it's the opposite. Sorry Lowe's .. just calling it like I see it!!
