I knew I wasn't going to like the place because there was this shaved head manager who rudely motioned me to approach him. He then asked me if he could help me in that tone that unloved women talk to you at the DMV.The employees are all stressed out by management. That porter potty mist be illegal in Florida past 90 degreess and that much humidity.Kingspan ships panels made of plastic that sit in the dirt and rot in the sun and there's mold on most of them but Kingspan will not give you the BOL until you 8 foot tarp it for the receiver to just dump them in the dirt again after you untarp it on the other side of the country.Came in at 11 am , left at 7pm.Once loaded you're not driving far that day.Make sure you don't get this load from Lydell Wilson(Ryder Logistics). That dude goes by A.J. Wilson or H.A. Wilson and will pay 2 thousand for a 3 thousand load(which really should be more because you will waste two whole day on top of what Lydell Wilson will make you believe initially). Not too bad of a place, guys loading were a OK, but the place is mismanaged and they do deals with dishonest brokers. Check out the reviews; everyone is complaining. Why? There are plenty of places and brokers that will have you spend lots of time on their loads but they usually pay well for that load. That's not what "shaved back of the head" Kingspan manager does or his partner at Ryder Lydell Wilson. They are dishonest cowards who will hide from when you start looki for them and asking them questions.

The employees were nice but only because it takes forever to load. A couple of drivers loads were not even ready by arrival.

I delivered coils to them. They don’t rush too much ? but they are OK. Coil delivery at the west side of the building. For check in you should use the door entrance under the blue tent-roof. They starting at 6am. You can use their bathroom and lots of space for overnight parking. Usually they have nice birds. ?

I'm not going to say anything, judge for yourselves. You already know why the panels come out so defective when they hire someone for quality control. and in the first two weeks of work this disappointing thing happens. Uneducated employees who don't care about quality. Quality control starts from the employee to the final product. How sad that such a big company promotes this.

An irresponsible shipping manager does not have a clue about securement regulations for trucks! They loaded one bundle on one side and refused to put it in the center of the flatbed! Not allowed by the uneducated manager as per the loader! So it has been shifting on me a bit every day. I hope one day they get a lawsuit and messages like this one will make them pay mega dollars for their ignorance to securement regulations! In two days on the road, the whole bundle moved to the center as any body with even a basic knowledge of physics would expect!

They loaded Damaged product. The panels were loaded with damage facing Inside and was not visible from the outside. They don't let the driver check the product telling them to stay in Cab. Looks like loading damaged panels and hiding it is their everyday practice based on other reviews they received. Also pain in the as. to strap without damaging the edges, the load is basically held in place by tarps.

TRUCKERS BEWARE! Photograph each side of the bundle that they put on your load! They have a tendency to send DAMAGED PRODUCT. Fighting to be paid because they say I damaged panels that were inside my Conestoga. Took 7 hours to load in a rainstorm. I should have examined every bundle. BEWARE!
