Our clients have told us that what we do really well is relate to them. We spend time sitting down with our clients reviewing the report and answering their questions. We don't charge for questions after the inspection is over, in fact we encourage our customers to use us as a resource. We don't charge to go back on reinspections or charge for any of the typical things that other companies do, we don't believe it's fair.
