It's a good little bank office if you're a Florida local. Almost anything you need to do can be done online, and the staff in the office is always helpful. A few of their systems feel a little old, but for being a smaller credit union, they deliver well.

I called about deposits and haven’t received a call back and when I called again the manger Harry told me it was a problem that I escalated my calls. I don’t understand if I’m a customer and keep getting wrong information why is it a problem. They are very rude and don’t care about they’re customers at all.

Terrible service. Even though I am the beneficiary on my father's account they will not give me access to his account after he passed away. They also will not tell me why.
