the selection is great and it's pretty well organized however prices seem to be at a premium. The stuff is donated so you don't have to sell it for more than it would cost new. A little cheaper price would promote more sales and more product turnover.

Be warned there are no changing rooms. They tell you to take clothes home and try them on with a 3-day exchange policy. Since used clothes are not necessarily sized as labeled this obviously makes clothes shopping more difficult. Also , when I asked the manager to let the appropriate person know of my discontent he refused to do so and became rude. I guess he's heard all he can take of that complaint.

Nice of you guys to never follow around my niece (white, 13), but you'll follow her friend (not white,13) into the bathroom and proceed to kick her out when she went in with nothing and accuse her of changing in there. Racist and completely wrong.

Very expensive for used clothes. Come on its donated. You can pay the same prices at Bealls or lower prices then good will and it's new clothes. Some good wills are reasonable. Not this one very seldom do I find anything here and no baby clothes.

I have bought almost everything I own from either small brands or from Goodwill, a pattern which will now be changing. Beyond rare to find something decently priced here and frankly at ANY Goodwill, considering items are donated (no cost to the business) and stored as inventory until decided to be put out on the floor. For an untagged, randomly branded sequin top, I was asked to pay $29.99.... Seriously? I would rather truss my local shoppes and truly find gold than continue to give my cash to this money-hungry corporation. If you're local and looking for Delandite donated goods, check out Angel's Thrift Shop on W New York Ave. Her shoppe will be my go-to from here on out.

Very disappointing to say the least. Properties in the area, both commercial and residential, are overall well maintained providing visitors and residents a clean town. This store is completely opposite of its neighbors with a parking lot littered with trash and debris ultimately leaving customers disgusted before they get out of the car. Because this is a discount store doesn’t mean the grounds have to match. I say clean you your act or get out!! You are driving down value to our homes and neighborhoods!

My friend was accused of shoplifting because she tried on a pair of pants in the bathroom! She went in to try on pants because there are NO DRESSING ROOMS, and we live over 2 hours from this location. We were down in the area having a fun weekend of thrifting for my daughter's birthday.A lady with deep red hair, past her shoulders, about 5'5 to 5'7, didn't have on name tag or goodwill shirt (just a Halloween lanyard). I'm guessing she was a manager. When I made the comment about no dressing rooms, she got nasty and said, "I'll call the cops on you for shoplifting!"Uhm, what?! My friend legit tried on a pair of pants!!! Another coworker with her had a smug look on her face and giggled as they walked off.WWWWOOOOWWWWWW!!After the incident with what I'm guessing was the manager, I put back almost over $50 worth of items. SCREW YOU,AND YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE, AND NASTY ATTITUDE ASSOCIATE!My friend said the bathrooms were disgusting. She said she passed that associate as she was coming out of the stall, and the associate didn't even wash her hands! VOMIT!!If my daughter, who was with us, didn't have things in my cart, I would have walked out and left a cart full of items in the aisle.I would call corporate on her. However, I can't because she didn't have on a NAME TAG!A lot of the items at this location are way overpriced and filthy!I saw a vacuum that is $80 and FULL OF DIRT!!The associate at check out was nice with small talk. She asked if I found everything, and I said yes. However, I put half of it back after one of her managers was rude and nasty to me. She didn't say anything, just put her head down and kept ringing up my things. That leads me to believe that the associate knew whom I was talking about, and they associate has had to deal with her nasty attitude. It's obvious that she peaked in high school, and now that she has some authority, she tries to throw it around.Goodwill corporate needs to come in and revamp their management at this store!

Goodwills CEO continues to profit more money than he could ever spend in his lifetime while the workers are underpaid, intentionally understaffed, and overworked. Dressing rooms and taken away, you're given 3 days to return items. We all know for people who don't have a car or work often that is nearly impossible. I think goodwill put these policies in place to Intentionally try to keep away people of low income. Everything is much more expensive too, it's hardly affordable anymore for someone who's low income. Volusia county has no other thrift stores, but if they did I'd boycott goodwill entirely.

Their return policy is for 3 days, never told. (BTW if you happen to get it back in 3 days, they won't give you your money, only an exchange.) they took out the fitting rooms. Tried to return something after 4 days and they wouldn't take it. They wouldn't even allow us to exchange it. What a racket.. They get the items donated which I've done for the last 20 yrs living in Deland. They were perfectly fine with me re-donating it though.. I will find another charity to donate to, I think there are far better places to donate to.

Besides the prices going up! They no longer have fitting rooms and now they give you 3 days to “exchange” not return or get store credit!! My daughter bought jeans and they did not fit her .. we went back to return and at least get store credit and nothing! We either had to spend exact amount or donate the money!! What a joke!!! They are beyond ridiculous and expensive. I Will never give them my business!! Everything they sale (super expensive) is DONATED and then they have this rule of no store credit!! No wonder the rich get rich and poor stay poor.

If I could get you to 0 star it's 100%zero. For a price like dress less and bottom point it's already second hand compare dress less, still prices are too high! It's donated from people for people who are nonprofit organizations only make the value of it not to who need it! It's a big scam!!
