This is the only goodwill I've ever been to that has no plugs to check the appliances and no changing rooms. They say clothes must be put on over your clothes in front. Was told this was a policy change statewide, yet other locations do not do this. The store was clean but not what I expected.

I want to love Goodwill but their prices are out of control and just keep creeping higher. This goodwill is starting to be so packed with stuff that it's hard to see it because the shelves are piled with stuff. That means prices are way too high. I will not spend $7 on a shirt for my child when I can go to other stores and get a new one for the same price(or cheaper!). This price gouging applies to a lot of items. Please find another organization to donate to. Also, I thought it was illegal to sell fake designer purses but in every Goodwill I visit they are selling them.

So you can't plug anything in to test and they don't test anything. So if it doesn't work too bad. Money hungry horrible people.

The front sign says to shop sustainably but in the store you'll hear employee's say they use eBay for pricing. How is that sustainable or even thrifting? If I wanted eBay pricing that's where I'd shop AND get a refund. At Goodwill you roll the dice on something proced the same at an actual store and be stuck with it. Tighten up Goodwill. We get you have the highest paid CEO for nonprofits and we see why. Don't advertise sustainably and price at market.

So many things wrong. No dressing rooms, 4.99 Aflac coffee mugs, carts cannot go outside.etc. The Palatka store is so nice, price friendly, clean, GREAT staff. Everyone should go there and experience it.

VERY pricey! Used Pyrex cookware priced same as new. High prices throughout the store.

Called to ask if I could come donate furniture and possibly have help to unload it and was told absolutely no problem. Spent 2 hours loading up a truck to get there and them tell me "oh i cant take any of that, the people up front who answer the phone don't know what goes on in the back". Just very inconvenient and took no accountability for having to turn it away.
