I love everything about Extra Space Storage. They were very helpful on picking the right unit I would need for my things. The carts are very helpful when loading your things into the unit. Very clean place.

Love this storage facility. I have used a few throughout the years living in DeLand but this has by far been the best experience. The location is amazing and always clean. I feel like my unit is very secure and accessible. The staff at this location is amazing especially Andrew. They have answered any questions I ever had and made sure I am well taken care of.

Everyone I have spoken to at Extra Space has been helpful and patient. Our family had to sell their home and move in with us. Not only did a lot of their stuff went into storage (almost a whole house), we had to play musical furniture with some of our stuff. So last minute we had to rent another unit and they were so helpful! They had everything set up for us to put in a storage unit as we brought some furniture back for storage. It was hectic and stressful, but Extra Space made it that much easier! Thank you!!

Very easy process online, when I got to the office the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They explained they're policy and have me so the information necessary. Great prices and the property is well kept and clean. Glad I decided to store with this place

Very pleasant experience. Andrew was very quick to take quick care of any questions and concerns. Communication was great and easy to get a hold and me being out of state has made the experience very pleasant. The building was perfect for my needs, it has easy access and is very clean. Have experienced no issues.

Andrew was awesome to work with. He was very customer oriented and gave me a lot of good tips. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me every time I called. Communication was great, the place was clean and I had zero issue moving in or out!
