If I could give them no stars I would, but I have to give them at least a 1. So, I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from them about 6 months ago and I paid almost 14k for it. Very low mileage, 4x4 and it drove wonderful. Had some rust underneath from being a northern vehicle, but it wasn’t too bad. After about 3 months of having it I started having major issues. First, the a/c was acting up, then the head gasket blew and then the starter. So, now my motor is completely seized and I need a whole new motor and there’s not a darn thing I can do about it and there’s nothing that this company will do about it. We have tried reaching out to them and they won’t do anything to help us. So, they sold us a lemon and we’re stuck with it. I’m not able to work because I have no vehicle. I have had to ask for rides for months just to get groceries and I have had to cancel multiple doctors appointments for my children and myself and now that school is starting my children can’t even get to school so, I have no clue what we’re going to do. I am extremely disappointed in this company and never thought this would happen, but here we are. So, I do NOT recommend them to anyone and if you go there just know you’re going to be taken advantage of and if anything goes wrong it’s all on you and they will not take any responsibility for any of it. They have screwed me over so bad and in so many ways!!! And I am about to lose my home because I can’t work because I don’t have a working vehicle nor can I afford to buy a whole new motor or a new vehicle.. So, East West if you’re reading this please know I am extremely upset with you guys. If you want to make it right that would be extremely appreciated, but if not I will definitely be spreading lots of negative things about you all over town!

Bait and Switch at it's Finest. Informed over the phone the "2015 F-150 Platinum Black with 109k miles" works perfectly, no issues. Took their word and made a time to see it. When I tell you lipstick on a pig, this was the Barn. The front tires was bald, sunroof didn't close right, paint chipping all around, massive scratch from side into headlight and to top it all off the engine couldn't handle a single drive.Drove off lot and vehicle started shaking, engine light was flashing and was hearing thumping sounds. Hardly touched the peddle and that happened. Glad I didn't take it on a highway; would be afraid for my life. Heavy heavy alignment problem as well but not as bad as that engine thump.They quickly denied it ever happening before but the engine light came right on when driving. They had to clear the code. They had to know, sad but glad I can save people time by warning them.Be careful who you trust. Photos of the exact vehicle for reference.

Chris was very transparent about the vehicle. He went above and beyond for me on my purchase. I am very happy with my transaction and would highly recommend East West Motors. My wife said as we were leaving... "that's the way all car dealers should do business!" Whitnee was very efficient with all the paperwork! Great company!

We bought a car about a month or so ago.. well let’s just say while they appear to be friendly and with a ego trip about their reputation.. when we actually bought the car and drove it didn’t make it a mile down the road and all of a sudden something was wrong with it. Brought it back they gladly fixed it because you know their reputation . Just for a month later to have my tire literally come flying off while down the road with my kids. Where they “fixed” it never actually was fixed.. even after this happened they played head games and offered a heavily discounted price for them to “”fix it”” .. reaping and sowing goes hand in hand

I just want to say that TJ, Whitney Austin and all the staff at East West is top notch! I had a very time sensitive job, and an extensive job as well! They rearranged their whole schedule to try and accommodate us. They are awesome!!! Highly recommend for all service needs.

East west Motors was great. They did some work on my truck. (Breaks, lift, extras) I am very happy.. I had a nail in my tire (2 weeks ago) They kept the shop open 20 extra minutes after closing so I could get there to take care of me. Good, honest people here. Highly recommended.
