I saw an add on Facebook marketplace for a 2012 Starcraft travel trailer. Kystal posted the add and responded to my inquiry saying to call Greg and gave me a number.I called Greg and was very specific in my questions as I live in Spring Hill and it's over 2 hours drive one way.I informed Greg that I live this far away and that I specifically needed to know if there were any delamination issues to the camper as it would 100% be a deal breaker for me and I didn't want to waste the time driving all the way there if this was the case.Greg assured me that the camper was 100% free of any delamination issues and said that he wouldn't want to waste my time either.We drove all the way there and it was immediately apparent that they were attempting to hide a major issue by installing a piece of decorative tin over the front fiberglass panel. When asked about this, Greg replied "I put that on because I like the look"Upon further inspection, I was able to determine that entire front left side wood was rotted to point of near disintegration, the area covered by tin was completely delaminated and even worse, we looked into the right side compartment that showed moldy, water damaged wood all across the front.Again, I was assured that this camper was free of any delamination issues and when I brought up issues to Greg, he then took the stance that it's a used camper and he can definitely get someone to buy it for the price he's asking.I write this review in the hopes of making sure anyone reading it does not turn into that someone. This camper will need the entire front panel rebuilt and the delamination has also spread to the right side. Repairing this will inevitably cost over 10k. Buyer Beware..

Items was taken from my car and they weren't able to provide any info and didn't investigate the situation. They didnt have a inventory list, Shirley told me she just go out and view it in person. She also told me who keeps expensive purses in their car.... She wasn't pleasant or helpful.

Very friendly people there who were very kind to me and willing to help a stranger out. They went out of their way to accommodate us when our truck was totalled and gave us all the access we needed to secure our valuables out of our truck. Thank you again for your understanding and kind efforts!
