My father is the owner of the Rabco corporation, I’ve been to hundreds of storage facilities so I can truly say this place is impressive. Grounds are extremely clean and Karen is the absolute best. I usually don’t pay for storage but I’m very happy to here. Highly recommended, if there’s any available spots jump on it.

So I rented a spot from them for January. Told them I'm only going to be there 2 weeks but I'll be there for a month just in case I'm there over 2 weeks but I will be gone after the month and I did leave in the 2 weeks. couple days ago they charged me $320 and said you need a 30-day notice. I did when I rented the spot I was leaving so be prepared be charged for 2 months to give the 30-day notice

I have had my coach at this facility for several years. RecNation is the third owner. The transition to RecNation was handled poorly without notice of the changes to the gate procedures. It is difficult to deal with the “business office”. They made the decision to charge a fee for using a credit card or you can use ACH. I signed up for ACH but they are getting an error. When I called customer service the individual wanted to process the payment using a credit card. I said let’s figure out why you are having difficulty processing the ACH. Someone will have to call me back. Update: They fixed the ACH error without calling me back. A several days later I got a text saying that customer service would be giving me a call back. No explanation, no call.

As soon as we contacted Rec Nation , we knew that we would have a great experience. The Service Rep gave us options for storage and even gave us a great space with electrical at a great price.They were very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure, Great pricing and I had to call customer service a couple of times for an issue and they took care us without hesitation , this wasa great experience!!!!!! We recently received a call that we would have to relocate the RV due to some expansion, they helped me figure out a solution to move the RV since I do not have our heavy-duty truck in Florida at the moment. Great customer service!!!!

The property is very nice, clean, well maintained and in a location where we feel safe leaving our property. They also have wide/long spaces which fits our 42' fifth wheel.

Gunter is fantastic to work with but was disappointed that we were under the impression that we got electrical. But they only had a 20 Amp. You would think they would have at least 30 Amp service being an RV storage place. Other than that, very well-kept storage place!

Was in the process of moving to the area and RecNation was able to squeeze me in quickly. I have three trailers to store and they got me two spots side by side and was able to get me started right on time. The lighting, access, cleanliness, and security of this place is excellent.Thanks to RecNation for the wonder support and excellent service!
