I came in to the expectation to buy a small economic car, and I wanted to pay less than $450.00/month. Theo and Omar of DeLand Nissan, helped me to choose a better option for me, a lease for less than $400.00, for more car - medium size car. I loved the option. I now own a Nissan Altima!

Always have the best experience at this dealership. They have the best customer service the manger is fair and will work at giving you the best interest rate. Gary the salesmen is great, you tell him what you want and he shows you the vehicles in your price range. If they don't meet your expectations he will offer another model in your price range.

The experience was very straightforward. I had visited different dealerships to try to get the most value for my trade, Nissan offered me the most money. The agent was very thorough and blew me away with all the safety features my new Pathfinder has. I can comfortably drive my kids around knowing I have a safe and reliable car. It was worth every penny.

Very happy with my new car! Matt green was excellent and beyond helpful with helping me pick out my car, has a wonderful attitude and answered all my questions perfectly and didn’t beat around the bush about anything!! Everyone at deland Nissan are wonderful and they make you feel like they truly want your business and has the best deals around!

Brought my car in for service and a oil change. We are driving to NH and back in October for their Dads Celebration of Life. My Son wanted to make sure the car was ready. They gave me the opportunity to approve all work before it was done. I was there 4 hours. They kept informing me where they were at and making sure I was comfy. My first time getting my car serviced since moving to Florida 4 years ago. Had a great experience!

As a first time buyer at Deland Nissan I was very impressed with Mathew Green's willingness to answer any and all questions I had.The other staff that assisted in our purchase of the Rouge were also congeal and professional. I would highly recommend a visit to Deland Nissan to anyone in the market for a new or slightly used car.

I had a great experience getting my vehicle serviced the other day at my local Nissan dealership service center. As I was checking my vehicle in for service when I got there, I was offered a complimentary ride to my house to wait instead of waiting for a few hours in the waiting area while my car was being worked on. They also came to pick me up from my house to go back to get my car when it was ready. My service advisor also helped me with my driver side door handle and zip tied the handle for me since it was becoming loose. Definitely recommend getting service here again!

My 2012 Nissan Maxima was having some mechanical issues so I brought it to Deland Nissan to look at trading it in. I found a vehicle very close to my price range so I had the salesman do some initial figures. He showed me the initial figures from his sales manager. I made a counter offer, but the salesman told me that they would not entertain any counter offer. Needless to say he lost the deal because he wouldn't even attempt to work with me. I then had the service dept. take my car to do a diagnostic to find the mechanical issue I originally had. I was told by Akiko Shulok the service writer that the diagnostic would be $119.00 so I agreed. at the end of the day she told me the mechanic had not found the problem yet and due to the fact it was taking him so long to find it they were going to charge me a second diagnostic fee of $119.00. If I refused the second diagnostic charge they would have stopped and gave me my car back without giving me a diagnosis. I was never told, if the mechanic couldn't find the issue in an allotted time there would be a second fee. As a retired veteran I take the word "integrity" very seriously. After conducting business with this dealership, it is my strong opinion that they have absolutely no integrity or honor. Warning to others, this dealership is definitely not to be trusted. On a side note, I am loving my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax that I bought the following day.

Justin was very helpful locating the vehicle that I wanted. I have been to both Chevy and Dodge and received negative feedback and was told that they couldn't get the vehicle that I wanted. Justin however was able to locate a truck with the options I wanted at another dealer and had it there the same day. I have been struggling for at least a month trying to locate a salesman that would help me. He's a keeper. The truck that I bought is amazing.

Jonathan Brown our salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. From the very start to the end there was never any pressure involved to make a purchase. He showed us the available inventory and helped us find an upgraded vehicle we were very happy with. He provided excellent customer service, answered every question we had thoroughly with regard to all steps of the purchasing process, familiarizing us with the vehicle operation of all options the vehicle has. It was great to be greeted by Rigo the manager during the process and he as well was very cordial, explaining the financing options. It was a great experience and we could not have been more satisfied anywhere else. Give Jonathan a raise! He is certainly one of your shining stars.
