I recently had an exceptional experience at Deland Kia, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Frankie, the salesman, and Jonathan Jordan, the finance manager, for making the process smooth and enjoyable.
From the moment I walked in, Frankie was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect car. He wasn't pushy at all, which made the eggcperience so much more comfortable. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and guided me through the options that best suited my lifestyle and budget. And if he didn't know, he would ask someone else. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the difference. Even my dog liked him which is not common for Nipsey.
When it came time to finalize the deal, Jonathan Jordan in the finance department was fantastic. He was transparent, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of the financing process. He worked hard to get me the best possible deal, and I appreciated his honesty and dedication. And it was a great deal compared to what others had to offer.
Both Frankie and Jonathan made the entire car-buying eggcperience stress-free and enjoyable. They even catered to me as if i was buying the most eggcpensive car in the dealership. I left Deland Kia with a car I love and confidence in the purchase I made. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Deland Kia and asking for Frankie and Jonathan. You won't be disappointed!
UPDATE September 17th (2 months after purchase)
I had to add this because it's not a one time meeting when buying a car. Yes, the first eggcperience was phenomenal but after which dealing with the Service department is horrible. They have no idea what customer service is about. I highly recommend they hire someone to take them through a course. They don't return calls, some are unpleasant in person, and don't set up anything using the kia app because I got no call back yet and it's been 3 days.
