Do you like to live on the edge by indulging in whimsical inconsistency with your medication regimen? Do you want a appointment to pay for anxiety and verbal sparring monthly? Do you enjoy waiting on the phone, then waiting in lines to literally gain nothing? Do you enjoy the physiological side effects of restarting your medications after days without it monthly? In my experience the North Deland CVS Pharmacy staff can provide you all this and more! I have found that the staff swing from either being flat-affected, lazy and bothered by your presence in general.....to hostile, argumentative and bothered by your presence in general. Regardless of the personality you encounter, they will surely fly their proverbial middle finger in the face of problem-resolution, as they seem to have collectively waged a rebellious war on the very concept of it. They have become skilled soldiers in the craft of it. You may think of silly strategies like "I'll proactively call ahead and fix this" and when you show up at the store to pick-up....bam, denied. You may try several things to resolve any problems, but they will win, they always do. They just keep adding hurdles until you leave, making you question whether they work for the insurance companies themselves, as their goal seems to be denial. Once naive, I used to believe it was all insurance issues, things outside of their control, staff burnout -with the understanding they have tough jobs standing in between the public, insurance companies and doctors offices. While I believe this is still mostly the case, I do recognize I was giving them grace and gratitude that they didn't deserve because frankly, the only thing they are consistent with is rudeness and audacity. Alas they have won as I'm switching pharmacys, I don't think either of will be sad about it.

Giving a 3 star. Because Ai robot. Ai does not allow you to speak to the pharmacy. Only to leave a message, when u needs answer fast. You have to wait for a long time. I think a I will to a smaller pharmacy where, I don't have to speak to Ai. The worst thing a company can do it make people speak to a Robot.

We were promised a refill for my wife’s diabetic sensor and when we showed up they said the remainder was filled to another customer. Now we’re trying to get it filled somewhere else but cvs won’t answer the phone. DIABETICS BEWARE DO NOT TRUST CVS WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION

I wouldn’t recommend using this pharmacy. Every month when I fill my prescription there is always something wrong, and it’s never easy. This month they tell me we will fill it in an hour if it’s in stock. I ask them can you tell me if it’s in stock so if not I can get it sent somewhere else. No Ofcourse not they won’t. Every month I have anxiety about filling my medications and every month I’m usually out.
I will say that the pharmacist Josh that works there is absolutely amazing. Probably the only good thing about the pharmacy.

David needs training on customer service. He isn’t pleasant and doesn’t seem to have the tools to handle customers properly. I’m accustomed to having a good experience but this one was not. I came back for a pickup around 1:45p noticing the pharmacy drive thru was closed until 2p. A lady came to the window stating I couldn’t wait there. I backed up out of the window area. Once opened a few minutes after 2p, I was scolded by David that next I need to drive around the store to wait. I’m a safe driver and there were no other cars in the drive thru lane. Why be concerned about that? I chose not to respond and I believe that upset him. He then walked away and came back minutes later to ask for the date of birth for my pickup. Why walk away without getting that info after scolding me? He advised the total. I gave cash and he gave me the bag of prescriptions. Now typically the associate places any change in the bag. David did not. I have never had the issue with any other associates at CVS. Maybe David is new but he’s not well suited for customer interaction. I called inquiring my change and a woman stated David had placed it in the basket in the window drawer. I went back for my change and David went out of his way to scold me again stating I left my change in the basket. I hope something is done so I or anyone else doesn’t have to have unpleasantries with David. Not sure why this all occurred besides the fact I didn’t initially respond to his reprimand or maybe because I’m black and a masculine presenting lesbian. I’m trying not to assume he’s either racist or homophobic or both. Who knows but hopefully something is done. Thank you!

CVS should have drop off from store to customers' home address free of charge.

the vibes inside are always terrible and everyone I know that has had to fill a prescription here has to come back because it isn't filled even when they send you the notification saying that it is. Go to any other pharmacy in town I implore you.

I did not know the pharmacist could practice medicine like a physician. Gabby refused to fill my prescription after waiting 2 weeks because it was from "out of the area." She then clarified they only fill prescriptions written in DeLand. The next excuse not to fill the new script was "pharmacist discretion." They would not transfer the script. Sounds like drug diversion to me!!!??

Some Rx are not stocked & take a while, in today's world where just about every Rx comes from China, India, or only god knows where that's to be expected, however, most of the time they stock what you need. I have talked to the pharmacist and found that they were not only knowledgeable but out of their way helpful.

Amy white went above and beyond for a unique situation that I was in and she solved my problem. It’s people like her that give the company a good name. CVS is lucky to have her as an employee and I’m grateful that we met

Had a prescription called in from Dr . Office to CVS pharmacy 901 n woodland Blvd . Was told to call back in two days as they did not have medication. So I did as instructed , when I picked up my medication , was told to call back in a couple more days due to no medication. So again I did as instructed and when I called was told it would be two hours and I would receive text , and if no text to call . So again called to hear that not only wasn't it ready , but they didn't have medicine in stock and wouldn't have it for another 5 days , and was instructed to call again and hope they had it , so sad for a company that large to treat customers in that manner .

OMG second time in a row they said it would be hours before my medicine would be ready. After having 13 teeth pulled. And in the instructor I have no choice because CVS can't do it in a reasonable amount of time.
