Very busy location, however, should not be an excuse for poor service. The turnover is insane at this store, never see the same clerk OR pharmacist twice. I heard them making fun of drive-through customer in front of customers at the counter. They're unhappy and they treat you like they're doing you a favor. I'm in the annoying process of switching pharmacies.

Staffing poor (scant), but staff polite and professional. Store poorly stocked (no Prevagen, Claritin D or Zyrtec) and often without hygiene products, and not only for one day, but at least two or more weeks.

This pharmacy is awesome! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Much better than walgreens. Especially walgreens in international boulevard.

How do they stay in business? We use the drive through for prescriptions due to disabilities in walking. This window is the worst! I have never gotten through in less than 15 minutes of waiting. Today was 39 minutes with one car. In two years, my husband has gotten his insulin correctly only twice.

Careless, incompetent people work here. My doctor called in my prescriptions and I went to pick them up - the person working said that the doctor did not call them in or perhaps I was at the wrong CVS. I went back to the doctor and asked them to resend the prescriptions - went back to CVS - still could not get my prescriptions. They refused to call the doctor or try to help in anyway - I'll never go back and am having my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy.

Reschedule at i.cvs.com/mc/emHow does a business not see a closure coming in order to give customers more warning??Not amused

Walked in at 8:00 am after an ER visit to fill my prescriptions. No customers were waiting. I explained i was in pain and needed my pescriptions asap. To which the rep replied, “these are antibiotics.†Yes, they are but when you have diverticulitis the antibiotocs kill the infection and you fee instant relief. She tole me i had to wait 30 mins because they were backed up!!! Not true! She was very nice to the white guys that walked in after me. Rude to me!!! Should i take it personal? Not once made eye contact with me as she was having a conversation with a co-worker! Horrible experience!!!
