None of the pharmacy clerks can ever resolve an issue. I got shuffled from employee to employee and no one knew anything. I was just trying to make sure both my insurance carriers are on file because lately I've been charged for meds I never paid for out of pocket before. You're dealing with people's medications and money - get your act together. I'm switching pharmacies after 2 years of terrible customer service.

The best pharmacy without a doubt in any part of the world that I have been to and I know that there is a CVS there is where I go they are excellent with the service and the entire team is very friendly thank you for all your excellent work and service God bless you all

If I could give 0 I would. I have been here three times and I sat in drive through for an hour. The next time they didn't have my ozempic so I had to go to another cvs. This LAST time they said my prescription was at my old cvs after I took the time to transfer my scripts 3 months ago. All I see is 3 people walking around and doing nothing... I am done!!!! Publix has to be better than this.

im starting to think these people just pick up and hang up the phone. They always leave me on hold then hang up. you can't be having a "phone issue" for years. I HATE THIS PLACE AND HATE THAT I HAVE TO GO HERE

Absolutely the slowest service at a pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Maybe if we all make a formal complaint with CVS about these 30+ minute waits (for a PROCESSED prescription- just to check out) they will actually do something about it. I just did. I’m also switching to the Publix pharmacy across the parking lot. Inside and drive through are equally bad.

This place is always slow and takes forever. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru only two cars deep. Unreal.

Pharmacy never answers their phone. I personally saw them disconnect a ringing phone. Would not recommend this Pharmacy.

After not getting a text or phone call or anything about a prescription I had dropped off 5 hours earlier, and then being on hold for over 30 minutes, pharmacist tells me they never got my prescription. When I describe the woman that took it and what time it was he put me on hold and came back a bit and said oh here it is. I didn't want to go up there to pick it up during 5:00 traffic so I waited till 6:30. This store is only 1.3 miles away and it took over an hour. When I saw that the line was so long outside at the drive-thru, I went inside and there were twice as many people in there waiting for prescriptions. So I went back to the drive-thru. This is absolutely ridiculous and I let my temper show. I will highly not recommend this place to anybody. I could have had two doses of my antibiotic today. Now I'm only getting one because of the screw up and the wait

Pulled into the drive-thru Lane and they were about a half a dozen cars . So I went inside. They were over a dozen people in line . Went back to the drive-thru . Been sitting here for 25 minutes now and there's still four cars ahead of me . They lost my prescription I dropped off hours ago and then found it after I called about picking up . I could have had two doses of my antibiotic today we're now I'm only getting one

They never answer the phone, EVER! Went in at 10:30am to pick up medicine that was electronically sent over at 9am. They said it wasn't ready, come back after 2. Went back at 3 and it still wasn't ready and they had to scripts come in for me. Tried calling again at 5 after I got off the phone with the er nurse who told me that they need to check their system cause she sent it out at 9:30 am electronically.

This place should be shut down! The pharmacist should be fired! We went to drive thru at 1:10 pm looking for my pain meds that were called in 2 days prior. He told us he can look later for it. Maybe CVS needs to start an investigation into where our meds are going?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It's understandable to not have a medication in stock and for it to need to be ordered. But the problem with this location is the lack of honesty and respect. They are rude. They lie. And they are GREAT at showing how little they truly care. STAY CLEAR!! Pick any other pharmacy if possible. Called yesterday and my medication wasn't in stock and was told they would order it and to check today to see if it was in. I called today at noon and was told they get the order around 2pm so check back then. I called back and was put on hold and then hung up on. I then called back and was told it should be ready in a few hours. The automated service said it was in process as well as the app. My husband gets there to pick it up and is told they don't have it and is told they never told me that. Mind you when I called, I was on speaker phone so my husband heard the call which is why he tried to get it. Now my husband is having to drive 45 minutes to get it picked up. I call into my insurance to find out where else I can go for prescriptions and even they are telling me different costs. Avoid this location and CVS as a whole if possible.
