Had a great experience. Good car, fair price. As other reviews have mentioned, Patrick wasn't pushy and didn't attempt to hard-sell me thousands of dollars of add-ons I didn't want or need.
Engine light came on within a day of purchase, but they fixed the issue quickly, for free, without any hassle. If/when I need another car, Citi Auto will be the first place I look.

We were looking for a low mileage low cost used car. We found Citi Auto on car gurus they had a good deal on a older car. We called Mel was friendly and easy going. We dealt with Patrick for the sale who was very funny. They gave us a great price. I've purchased a lot of cars and this was one of the easiest experiences I've had. Mel did all of our paperwork and was really great to work with. We met of the service guys Mike who was also very pleasant. I didn't get the name of the lady that helped us with the battery but she was very helpful. I will be recommending them in the future.

Recently bought a vehicle from Pat at Citi Auto had a problem with the vehicle called them they took care of it immediately we have no further issues they are excellent people to deal with and very honest would absolutely do business with them again And refer my friends

I took my time to post this review because I wanted a chance to closely evaluate the vehicle first. I purchased a 37 year old Mitsubishi SUV from Citi Auto in late January. I took a leap of faith and purchased it without seeing it in person because I live 1,000 miles away in Ohio. Not only was Patrick very helpful in answering all of my questions honestly, but Citi Auto even delayed transportation of the vehicle on my request so that it would arrive in a little better weather.
Patrick wasn't pushy and in fact I reached out to him first on a few occasions. The vehicle has issues you would expect for the age and perhaps I anticipated the ultimate cream puff but it is 100% rust free and runs great. I'm working on a few minor issues with plastic and trim but I absolutely love this vehicle. Also, Melissa is a superstar and went out of her way during a couple of her busy days to get all of the appropriate paperwork work to me. Patrick and Melissa are great people to deal with and I would by another vehicle from them without hesitation!

Got an 02 Wrangler which def needs work done, but they were flexible so I was able to get it for a fair price. I was helped by Patrick, who I can't recommend enough! Very chill, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, unlike other dealers I've been to.

At Citi Auto, you are treated like family. Melissa is there to greet you with warmth and a big smile. She knows her stuff and will make the process easy & smooth. You will leave the dealership happy. Also, the salesman & mechanics make sure you are well taken care of, and your vehicle is in tip-top shape.

My experience at Citi Auto was incredible. Patrick Tibby was awesome, he is very personable and definitely cares about the customer. He was able to put me in my dream vehicle and I am absolutely ecstatic. A big shout out to Melissa as well for staying late. They are excellent.

Poor customer service. Was interested in a vehicle. I called main number. Directed for me to complete an online application they emailed and they would tell me if I was approved same day. I contacted the next day, they told me they would look into it. Contacted following day, sent me a screen shot denied as employment could not be verified. I told them I can send employment paystubs and my supervisors contact information. They said they would look into it. Bunch of time wasted. Not sure how they sell cars. Took my business elsewhere.

Only two cars on their lot are reliable (12\\12\\24. All cars are overpriced by thousands (based upon Kelly Blue Book ADA valuations). The sales guy assumes you're an idiot and when you prove you are not...he gets pissed. Avoid this slop lot as they want you to buy on payment and not fair price.

We purchased our S10 pick up a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Patrick and the staff were great. I feel like I got a good deal and no pressure to buy something I couldn't afford. I definitely recommend you stop by if you're in the market for a used vehicle.
