Called AAA bc I needed a tow bc my car wouldn’t start. Waited for about 4 hours, half of it by myself, and at night. Called Chuck Roberts and he was there in a half hour after calling and got my car to the mechanic and didn’t need anything more than my name, number, and the year of the car. Will use from now on. Wow. I was amazed by the level of professionalism and compassion shown to me by Chuck Roberts towing. They were called to tow my mothers van from a shopping center . From the first phone call to me picking up the van they were awesome. Seriously no one likes to get a vehicle towed but how they handle the situation was impressive. I hope that Chuck Roberts Towing continues to grow. With the level of human understanding that this company operates with I am sure they will be in business for many years. I had a flat tire and was trying to use those air pumps at the gas station when Chuck came over and offered his help. Thanks Chuck we got to Walmart to get it repaired .

Absolutely amazing and a lifesaver. Was stuck at work with no means of getting my car to the shop. Called multiple tow companies in DeLand, and Chuck Roberts Towing had without a shadow of a doubt the best response time, best price, and the best customer service. I greatly appreciated it after a long hard Friday at work.
