My low rating is not for the clothing or the store itself but for the customer service. There was none. Other than a cursory "hi-eeee" I was never approached by a clerk to ask if I needed help or see how I was doing. I even walked within 5 feet of the people working there. Other than a disapproving glance, she never acknowledged me. This is the second time I have gone to this store and had this type of experience. I may try again, but at this point, probably not.

Like how store is divided and they have a nice variety of things to choose from including shoes, purses and jewelry besides the clothes.

I love Cato! They always have something I can't live without. I started shopping at Cato's when I wore a size 3X. I feel their clothes are very much in style and the price is very reasonable. I now shop on the right hand side of the store. I've lost 65 lbs. Now I wear a 14 with some tops a Medium. I highly recommend Cato's.

I absolutely love this shop!!!!! I dropped my mom at the nail salon nextdoor & while I waited I browsed Cato ☺️The ladies are always ready to help & they are all smiles and fashion?????The displays are set up so it's easy to see the whole store. I find this helps in mapping out where I want to look next ?The dressing rooms are clean & lots of room. Not only did they have the perfect dress, but they also had a great pair of sandals to match.There is plenty of parking & a handicap parking spot directly out front.

There are very few places left to buy women’s clothing. Cato has a nice selection of casual and dressy wear. I buy quite a lot here.
