The new owner Bill is Awesome. He's fixing up the place and he's around alot so if you need something it happens immediately. Jodi the property manager is Amazing!!! She does everything to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy! She is such a caring and sweet person! Room was clean, a/c was cold and we had a kitchen! Loved it!

Vast improvement since purchased and remodeled. Congrats for cleaning up the area and rehabilitating a once unsafe nasty motel.

Recently reopened and I have to say I'm impressed with the improvements. New owners are super nice. Comfortable stay for the price.

I recently stayed here and most definitely was a pleasant stay. The new owners are amazing and has cleaned the place up a lot. I have kids and I felt safe I def recommend. Give them a shot u won’t regret it ?

I'm so glad I went for myself and not go by the reviews. The Motel has gone under new management and the new owner is doing an amazing job! He was super nice and accommodating. The room was decent for what I needed last minute. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

New owners...very sweet people doing a great job fixing it up and the rooms are very clean and new rented us a room even thoughbthey are not technically open yet. Keep an eye on this one it will be a great place once finished.

My girlfriend's house is right near this eyesore, garbage dump of a place, and it irks me that such a nice city and area has this despicable stain of a business on its main drag. Who is the owner of this crap hole? Some developer should offer them money to bulldoze this pile of maggot droppings. It looks like the sort of place hookers meet to do business with their johns and drug deals go down every night. The fact my lady is in such close proximity to such a derelict property does not sit well with me. If I had the funds I'd buy the owner out and have this place leveled in less than a week, and then build something respectable that's more in line with the neighborhood. I despise lazy, cheap property owners who can't be bothered to maintain their sites. Fix this place up or sell it, whoever you are, you cheapskate SOB!
