My dad went to this store to get a new phone, he was not aware that he had insurance at the time, the manager John did not inform him of it either, therefore my dad had to pay full price for the phone, then the next billing cyle the insurance had been taken off the account without his consent due to him not even knowing he had it, he calls boost and asks why his payment was different they told him he took the insurance off and he did not. My dad explained to him about how he got a new phone and if he had insurance why did he have to pay the full amount , boost told him to contact the store for the refund. I called to store to talk to John, John admitted that he was not paying attention to the account to see that he had insurance , so that is why he did not tell him, I asked him to refund the difference and he refused and said it was my dad fault for not knowing he has insurance. We agreed with me for a good 20mins until requested to talk to the owner , he would not give me the name of the owner or a way to contact him. I believe that John knew my dad had insurance and took advantage of him to make him pay full price for a new phone, and then blamed my dad for not knowning, when I told John that it is your job to inform the customer what they have or do not have on their account. Even though John said that he wasn’t paying attention and costed my dad more money than he should have paid, he would not refund the money or give me the owners information and hung up on me.Do not go to this boost store.

Drove out of my way to this location because it says they are open until 5pm. Expecting they were open I came and store is closed with white gate an all. Yet the Open light is blinking. Fix your the time it's not fair to customers driving out their way. Especially when there are hardly any Boost Mobile stores left. Highly disappointed

Store is never open.. the sign will flash Open but it’s closed. The hours posted aren’t correct. Seems like they are only open when they feel like working.

Owner customer service is mediocre.Service was slow and he was unable to resolve boost issue.i wont put this rating solely on owner there is a major disconnect between boost customer service and in store service! Fix it!
