Went there yesterday the place is a mess and smells like a sewage pit.The fellows behind the counter were the worst .I thought it would be the perfect place to send your worst enemy if you want them mugged by the clientele hanging around the place. The construction work in front of this dive could easily push it out of business which would be a big improvement for this hood area.WALMART will be a big improvement for the entire area.

Its the first time i was unable to get ahold of my lady that i normally go to for everything. Now boost will most likely not be my households phone service of choice. Letting this guy deal with customer service was a mistake he spoke to me rude and i could hardly understand him for mumbling over the phone. Wheres the enthusiasm in your voice that makes people want to speak with you? Sounds like they were sleeping on the job. When u need to deal with an in store customer and you need to get off the phone with another you need to be polite like" excuse me sir/ms. Can you hold please while i deal with a customer thats ready or can i please call you back ms / sir, i have a few customers?" Professionalism is a skill that everyone should aqquire over time. Customer service also, everyone needs to know how to deal with people to keep them repeat customers and satisfied customers. One happy customer will tell atleast 3 people about their great experience but a mad customer will tell a whole lot more about the bad. Word of mouth is very important. Just a few tips

This location is not a authorized dealer. Poor service! Go to the store on 15A is way better service!
