Was not able to get to 20% off at all having problems taking my phone number having problems taking my email he just had problems not happy with Big lots at all I wish I would have never gave him my phone number my phone has been settled and nice for the past year and a half and I don't need thousands of calls and this was the first time I did that to get to 20% off and was not able to because it was unable to take my information

This store is wonderful,clean, employees were very nice, but the furniture manager I wish I can give a10 I would. He went out of his way to resolve a problem that we had that turn out to be our fault for not checking all the peaces that really where there. Thank you so much for your cooperation and professionalism and awesome customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband & I purchased an outdoor set online. When it arrived it was obviously damaged in transit. As a result, we returned it to the Deland location whereby we were credited minus handling fees. How was it that we should pay for handling of $42.59 as stated by the online department? After much dialogue Nicole contacted the Store Manager, Matt who made an exception & redeemed our faith in good business practices & credited us in full. Big Lots is lucky to have Dan, Nicole & Matt on their team! They went the extra mile in a time where the climate of making the customer happy is rare in many industries. Thank you to the team in Deland who used excellent judgment!

Great staff today who helped out when a family member needed a feminine pads. I can’t believe how great and human-center the staff was….only down part is not with the staff but with the company who chose to stay open until 9pm. That is so messed up considering that many places close by 1pm. They have no consideration for their staff to be with their family during the holidays. I hope that Management gives the staff today a bonus for them being away from the festivities. Consider that because these folks shouldn’t be putting family time to work some part time job

I was shocked when I walked in for the first time in about a year. The store has really gone downhill from when they opened in the new location at Northgate in DeLand. I was so disappointed. I walked the whole store, except for the food section. I saw misplaced items, clearance items in big bins, furniture etc. Nothing looked like anyone cared about the store anymore. I don't believe I'll be going back there anytime soon ?
