I went on a weekday at 2:00pm. The store was clean and very quiet. I had to search for help at the clinique counter but when i found someone she was very helpful.

The store needs a overhaul. The carpet is so filthy that I doubt it can ever be cleaned. The air conditioning needs to be fixed not have units throughout the store cooling the place. Some of the clothing lines look like good will. You can do better Belks

Went looking for men's robe/house coat. Was informed they no longer carry them in that store. Sales associate advised me to look online.
