Could hire some more people. Everytime you go into the bank they only have 1 teller. But yet you have a little short lady always walking around asking if anyone is depositing a check. It would help more if she put the tablet down and get behind the counter to help the 1 teller that has to deal with all the customers on her own. The line literally is almost outside and this poor teller don’t have NO ONE to help her. And it’s not like you can say that it’s because of the holidays because that’s definitely not the case when it’s like this EVERYTIME I come in here. It suck’s the older people have to stand in line for over 30min barely able to stand that long because this branch only have 1 teller. Out of all the bank of Americas this one is definitely the WORST!!!!!! Drive far if you have too anything better then standing in the line for over 30min

I might need to switch to a bank with better customer service. Constantly closing branches, and severely understaffing the locations they keep open. No matter the location or time, it's always a line out the door with one teller working. They do not care about the customer experience

I have been dealing with Bank of America for over 18 years. I have never had any problems that weren't my problems and anytime there was an issue Bank of America was able to help me take care of it. Bathrooms are always clean. The people are always nice to help. If you walk into the lobby and you look like you're lost, there's always someone going to walk over and ask you what they can do to help. People are so polite and they get you in and out as quickly as they can. I love this Bank in deland

Don’t try to call this location, they don’t pick up the phone. Called 2/23/24 13 times, no answer.Been with BOA for 20 years, time to take my money elsewhere.

Extra small lanes and apparently it takes each person 20+ minutes to do their business at the ATM.

The Drive-Thru is one of the last few remaining in Deland for such a well known bank. No matter the weather, you can do most of your banking at the drive-thru.

Lori at the bank of america in deland is so sweet and awesome. She really made me want to start saving and creating better money habbits! Definitely visit Lori!! Also all the women here working are awesome!

They are super busy on Saturdays, even with appointments. The bathrooms had no soap in any container. 2023 update: friendly staff but poor communication skills and very long wait for non teller service.

2/13/2023 customer service staff rude and unprofessional. Had to wait more than 10 for customer service staff to offer assistance. I am a business customer and other customers made to wait before staff gets information to check us in the bank. Also, a customer that came in the bank after me was offered assistance before I was.
