I had a somewhat complicated return that required a call to the manager and then a follow up the next day requiring a call to the help desk because the computer system thought the return had been fully processed even though the refund was not completed. Ruth, the employee that helped me the first night was great. She understood my situation and knew exactly what to do. The reason the transaction didn’t complete smoothly was my own fault not hers - you need the original payment method for the return and I was making a return for my daughter so I had her card but not her pin # and couldn’t reach her to get it. Ruth was very patient while I ran to my daughters work place to get her pin # but by the time I returned the transaction had timed out. It was not at all her fault but she was still so apologetic that it didn’t go as smoothly as expected. She spoke with her manager Sarah and I agreed to come back the next day for my refund. Sarah was on the phone with the help desk the next day for some time making sure my situation was taken care of and she was quite aware of the company’s policies that could prevent me from future returns if not handled properly. It was obvious she cares about her customers and she made sure I would not be negatively flagged in the system for future returns. I very much appreciated both Ruth and Sarah’s help and patience in getting it the situation resolved. I will definitely be back for all my future automotive needs!

I went to return a core battery for a friend and I didn’t have all relevant information needed to do so, the man behind the counter drinking a monster energy drink saying the first sip made his eye twitch say’s to a fellow employee he don’t know nothing! And asked me if I was sure I just wanted to keep the store credit almost ten times. I said yes each time, he never settled the matter his coworker came over and my friend texted me the information and I was out of there in 5 min.

Cody was very kind and helpful toward my mother who needed help getting a code reader ran on her car. He was honest and helpful and gave us a lot of information to help her.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took 2 stars off because, 1- store is small as all hell, and 2- it is geared toward men only. They don't have much stuff for ladies to accessorize their vehicles. The one in miami I used to go to, you could spend a good hour looking at all kinds of girly accessories.

Getting to the Counter was a little slow. Had one of those type of customers in front of me. LOL everything else went pretty seamless. I was happy because I was able to purchase something without having to spend any cash.. I love the reward system they have..

They have a latina manager here that is super helpful and I've observed here treat every customer amazingly! Myself included. If Autozone reads this then give her a raise before she finds a better job.

Everyone at this store is wonderful both the ladies and the gentlemen who were there when I was broke down and freaking out were super helpful and really tried to help me get back on the road and I don't live in DeLand but I have to say that was definitely some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time something you may not see very often anymore and I am very grateful that there are such good people working in this store I think they should all get a much deserved raise in their pay ty again

A brand new battery under warranty went completely dead because the cable line was stripped. I had a wonderful experience getting a replacement battery and I am convinced there was a proper installation this time. I am breathing a sigh of relief the staff had a wonderful attitude and was very patient with my impatients

Ashley was super helpful and sweet. Miles did a great job replacing my moms battery. Super sweet people and they really honor there warranties.
