They made sure I was able to go home with the phone I had been wanting even though they weren’t in stock. They contacted another store (Deltona) and made a “transfer” so I could pay at the store I was already at and just go grab the phone from deltona. Little bit of extra driving but definitely worth it considering I didn’t have to wait for shipping to get my new phone! She was so sweet and accommodating! Very grateful I went to them!

THIS IS NOT AN AT&T CORPORATE STORE!!! BEWARE!!IT IS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ONLY!!!On 12/17 I went to this store and upgraded two lines on my account. I have been an AT&T customer for 19 years. While at the store I was given trade in values for the two phones we had, one at $350 and the other at $830. They were unable to complete the transfer of information from the old phones to the new ones. We were advised to take the phones home, the new ones and the old ones to be traded in so the transfer of information could be completed. We were informed we had thirty days to trade the phones in. We returned to the store a few weeks later to trade in the phones. When the representative at the store was putting the trade in values in the system, it would not allow her to enter the advertised values. Instead we were told the one phone was worth $350 and the other had no value. An $830 swing. They blamed the system since there had been a change to the promotions on 1/3. After several calls to AT&T customer loyalty they confirmed what the phones were worth. $350 for one and nothing for the other. Customer loyalty also stated that the previous months promotion would have been the same value for these phones. This is because the representative misquoted the value of these trade ins. The store just threw up there hands as if they couldn't do anything. Meanwhile we are $830 in the hole. I have called the store three times this week and asked to speak to manager and was only able to leave a message. My calls have not been returned.Do what you say you're going to do. If a mistake was made, own it and do the right thing. Instead we are out $830.I am cancelling my service at the end of the billing cycle and will never return. I will make it my mission to warn people and share my experience.Follow Up:Went back the store one final time before 30 window closed on trade in. This time the representative was able to pull up correct trade in values for our two phones. Trade in were processed without issue. It still remains to be seen if the credit will start to apply correctly after two or three billing cycles as the stated.This has been a very difficult process and I'm not sure where the blame lies. Ultimately it lies with AT&T. The store representative was very helpful and understood our frustration.Finger crossed!!!

DO not go to this store! We purchased new phones and Apple Watches. My watch would not connect to cellular. We spent hours in the store, hours online with AT&T, hours with Apple tech support without success connecting it. The store absolutely refused to exchange it for a new one!!! This is not a corporate store - it is owned by someone else.

For the last 2 years they haven't been open on any Sundays maybe one or two times they don't have enough employees I went there the other day on a Monday and they weren't even open a sign on the door saying they're closed

I recently had the privilege of witnessing unparalleled customer service at the AT&T store, thanks to Mr. McDuffy. He is the epitome of what top-tier customer support should look like, and I felt compelled to share my experience.Upon arriving at the store this evening, I was momentarily delayed outside on a call. A young lady had already entered just moments before me. When I finally made my way in, I was informed by Mr. McDuffy that he had just started assisting her and that it might be a bit of a wait since he was the only staff member present. Instead of feeling frustrated, his transparent communication convinced me to wait.The challenges the lady presented were not straightforward: a dead phone, complications with a business account, and more. But Steve's approach was exemplary. His empathy was evident when he acknowledged how vital her phone was to her. Whenever he hit a roadblock, he sought solutions with determination, even consulting with peers (over the phone) for answers. Acknowledging that the business account was new for him. His meticulousness stood out when, after getting her a new phone, he ensured it was in her preferred color and then verified its proper functioning by ensuring incoming calls were active.When my turn came, even though my requirements were minimal, Steve's consistent dedication to providing exceptional service did not waver. While conversing, he shared that he was actually about to take a break when the lady walked in. Yet, her evident distress made him prioritize her needs above his own.Steve's commitment to his customers goes beyond his job description. If the young lady didn't return to acknowledge his support, I certainly felt the need to. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone in need of assistance to visit Mr. McDuffy at AT&T. His service, patience, and dedication are a rarity, and he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding work.A big thank you, Steve, for setting such a high standard in customer support. You are indeed a gold star employee!

I wanted to place a hotspot (mifi) on a pay as you go plan (prepaid). I did my research before entering the store and asking for help. I learned via the AT&T website that I needed a new SIM card to be placed on the prepaid plan. But at this store I was told "IT CAN"T BE DONE". So I went to the AT&T store in nearby Orange City and had my hotspot on AT&T prepaid in about 15 minutes. Steer clear of this place.

Heather and Stephen helped me tremendously after Apple Altamonte messed up my phone repair so bad. Apple Altamonte let me leave the store without ever transferring my eSIM, but Heather and Stephen were amazing and helped me so much when it wasn’t even their problem. I will certainly go back to this AT&T store and recommend it. The customer service was just phenomenal.

Thank Steve, and Amber for your INCREDIBLE customer service. We went to the AT&T down in Orange City and they did not take the time to acknowledge us when we arrived so we left, but the minute we arrived at this AT&T location. Amber and Steve greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. Steve, took the time to get to know us. We bought a new home and Amber was very knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely be back! If I could give this a 10 star rating, I really would. We will make sure to invite our friends to this location. Thank you, again!

Today I went in with a broken phone and another line needed an upgrade. HEATHER AND STEVE WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They made sure everything was completed to the end. Fantastic customer service. Built report with me and I left completely satisfied. Definitely glad this is my new local store and can't wait to see them again!

I Had to come by the store to setup my phone to my account, after getting off the phone with att over the phone because, there only resolution was to go by the store. So I met Mark from this store and the man was great he worked with me for over a hour to get my issues resolved. Fantastic!! Thanks for all your help!
