My Fiance went into the store for assistance and the man in the store was very rude . there was Noone in the store and the black male was not nice at all. We have been Long standing ATT customers but with service like we just got Verizon or Tmobile sounds much better

I just switched from Verizon to AT&T. Already extremely satisfied. Verizon has fallen in service and customer service. Sad.

I went 25 minutes before they closed the store and he didn't attend me because he said that he wouldn't risk his life or whatever and he close the register too, I was not able to come early because of my job plus traffic, it's funny because he close the store and he left at 7:47 pm. I understand that we work a lot but you decide if you are going to be able to work any schedule for service the client.

I had to give one star so I could leave this review. I just had the absolute worst experience at this location! There were absolutely zero customers in there and I soon found out why. The rudest man I have ever encountered. The way he spoke was as if he was so much better then anyone else and the woman had a look of disgust on her face with every question I asked. People need to be more nice, and smile. You never know the day someone is having.

I walked in ready to be a happy customer and purchase a couple of new iPhones.These people weren’t eager to answer questions or help at all, they were more concerned with doing their personal things on the computer in the back! So I walked out ready to switch carriers!I am in sales and when a potential customer has questions, it’s best to not be rude or belittling. Just be helpful and realize that some people are on the fence about purchasing. I’ll be taking my business to people who have the time of day to assist their clients!

Went in to upgrade my phone and Kyle took care of the whole transaction smoothly. Also took care of me when the wrong phone was received. He made the switch a smooth one and kept me informed the whole time. The staff were all helpful during the whole transaction. Very happy with their service.

Jan 27th traded old phone for upgrade with employee Robert. Never received credit after several months of inquiring, phone lost at store, no one else was there and there were others waiting, no receipt for trade in was provided in form and was told it would be in an email we would receive. Worse than that, I was informed that phone should have been reset to factory in front of us by AT&T - assuming he was too busy to take the time for that and all her personal info was left on it. Asked for assistance for camera footage from management or loss prevention. Management in charge was not interested in helping in any way shape or form and made it clear didn't want to get involved because he wasn't there. Way to make a customer feel important. Been going to this brick and mortar store since its opening well over a decade ago bringing family and friends along the way during that time and I will never return again ! Had to give 1 star to post and it's not even deserved.To add: This is NOT a corporate store and it's a franchise owned so the owners will not give you the service a corporate store or online AT&T will provide you.

Thank you to Danielle for helping me upgrade to iPhone 14 Pro Max today! Very helpful & friendly & was able to multi task helping me while already in process of upgrading another customer! In & Out within 45 Minutes! Awesome Customer Service which is hard to find these days!!!

I took my parents who have AT&T to this store as my mothers old phone started messing up along with the screen. My parents have some strange security feature and what we thought would be 10-20 mins visit to the store turned into an hour and a half visit. Danielle the store manager was very patient, kind and very knowledgeable to figure out why the account was locked. Very great service.

Used to be a nice friendly and helpful environment, but unfortunately the new employees will not help you unless you want a new account or phone. To explain...After being ignored while sitting, no other customers were in the store for about 6 or 7 minutes, another customer showed up and of the two men carrying on in the back, one appears and progresses to the arriving customer. She told them to help me first. Upon approaching me, I stated what was going on with my phone.i was then called rude and the man absolutely refused to help me in any way. I apologized(though i had no reason to) and left in tears as i have never been treated so poorly.. He then turned from me and went to the next customer. I left in tears and had to go to another store 15 minutes away for help. That man never touched the computer asked my name or anything. Ide give a zero but it's not possible.

This is the most ignorant unprofessional staff I have ever worked with in the 42 years I have been alive. They gave us multiple misinformed options and flat out lies. They were extremely rude. I hope you do not ever have to deal with Tyler. He is the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. As a whole AT&T has amazing representatives but DO NOT go to this store. They are not a true face for AT& T.
