If you ever need anything from customer service you're screwed. They DO NOT help you and if you ask to speak to a manager to resolve an issue they transfer you to the person sitting next to them instead.

They always have nice name brand clothing and shoes. I didn't know they do not have men's shoe section tho and the main reason I went was to get my son a new pair of shoes.
