Windshield claim was processed through my insurance. They were professional overall, and the team that came out did a good job. However, I was disappointed to find a scratch on the plastic that I wasn't informed about. It seems their reciprocal tool may have bounced and caused the damage. It's not a major issue, but I would have appreciated being told about it rather than discovering it on my own. Transparency and communication could have been better."

Have used safelite before WORSE EXP!! WINDSHIELD ALWAYS LEAKED!!! used AABCO.. reviews looked good. Experience and service was great!!! The job they did replacing my windshield was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone! Good job guys!!

Service is good, you want to cover inside your car from debris to avoid black silicone all over and dirt , he doesn't, he just brushed out debris. It was like 20 to 30 min wild everything is done, and you can not move your car in 3 hours per him. Address location is not correct they been móvil for a wild as per Kenny.
