The young lady working the register I think her name was Ciara? Was so sweet and knowledgeable had no problem assisting me great uplifting attitude! Def need more bright spirits like that around. Clean bathrooms as well!

Its a good place to go.Late night when your hungry.The manager there Tammy.She is always willing to help.And Stephani is always there to make sure you get what you need and gets you through the line pretty fast.and that's what I call convince.Way better store,Then the Roo/Circle k Down on international.The people there are just so lazy.So way to go 7-eleven..

Absolute worst 7-11 in Deland. Went in last night to purchase chips and the employee by the name of "Harvey" gave me $15 worth of change in 2 dollar bills. I asked if he could please give me 5's, 10's, 1's or anything besides a a stack of crispy 2 dollar bills. He refused and said he was just going to refund my money. I offered to pay with my debit card but again he refused. I noticed another employee working and asked her if she would be willing to ring me up and she said no problem. Harvey refused to give her my item despite her telling him I've done nothing wrong and I was a paying customer so she was going to ring me up. He then tosses my items at her while mumbling obscenities. I pay for my items and told him that no matter the day/time I'm in that store (nearly daily) he is rude, hateful and nasty to not only customers but fellow employees and if he's so miserable working in this country maybe he should return to his native country and find employment there. I then returned this morning to speak with "Tammy" regarding last night's interaction, who is said to be the manager . Tammy was already aware of the situation and was equally as offended as Harvey was that I did not want a stack of crispy 2 dollar bills (honestly they did not look authentic). She proceeded to tell me she is aware that Harvey is rude to her fellow employees and the lady working with him last night does not get along with him (hmmmm I wonder why). She did not care one bit that he tried refusing me service, the only thing she cared about was me telling him he should return to his native country and work if he's so miserable working here. I told her I absolutely told him that and she states "ok you have a good day ma'am" and walked away. This is past the point of pathetic, it's disgraceful that you would allow an employee to be disrespectful day in and day out to not only your employees but your PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! I am literally at that location almost daily and love all of the other employees , they are respectful and kind. Harvey on the other hand needs to return to his country and find employment considering he thinks it's common practice here to treat others rudely
This review section is FULL of complaints pertaining to "Harvey" and the "long blonde haired lady "Tammy". Whoever owns this location needs to do some serious housekeeping

This is now the second time I have gone in there to buy drinks real quick and it says one price on the shelf and rings up for $1.50 more. I let the clerk know and he said no wrong sticker. I go and get the price tag and he snatched it out my hand and said no only the price it rang up for but it or leave. I thought it would be a better experience since I talked to the manager about it last time but apparently they don’t care how rude or disrespectful their employees(Harvi) are. Sad because I don’t go to any 7 eleven because of the way this one treats customers.

Gas pumps run super slow and unable to use card at pump. Took over 10 mins to just pump $20 bucks of gas into car this morning.

Long story short, I had a problem with one of the pumps that didn't auto-stop. I spoke with a lady in the office, and she said it was my fault for not paying attention. Of course, she didn't care about the gasoline on the floor either. So it's not just the poor customer service; it's also dangerous. I'm not coming back ever again.

Dirty nasty part of the Beach area. Bathroom was filthy there was a long wait but only two people ahead of me. Only one guy working the store. Was clean and professional. That's why I gave two stars otherwise it would have been zero or one. Extreme lack of parking

The gas pumps and parking lot are always clean here. The interior is too. The air conditioning feels great on hot days. The bathrooms are in decent shape (for gas station bathrooms). It’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot, regardless of the entrance you use. There are plenty of parking spaces here too.

Horrible customer service. Not a single person in this store is willing to do their job. They all look strung out on drugs. They are very rude and nasty. they just tell me that I can go to dollar general down the road. Like what? Definitely recommend you avoid this store at all cost!
