Very unprofessional business. We put in deposit for a side lofted barn shed and were told it would be delivered within a week timeframe. The driver called and said will be delivering the shed on Thursday by 2 PM. Come Thursday I took off from work early so I can be home for the delivery. At around 4 PM I got a call saying since it’s been on and off raining in Freeport the delivery person said he rather deliver it next day despite I mentioned to him that in Niceville weather was sunny and no rain was expected. But he insisted that he will bring it the first thing on Friday morning. I said okay let’s do that then. So I took a whole day off from work on Friday so I can monitor the delivery process and once the shed is delivered I can start moving stuff from the garage into the shed. At around 11 AM on Friday I received a call from Donny only to be informed that the driver got into an accident and our shed got damaged (my luck). At that point, I was beyond frustrated from the way how this whole situation panned out. And I even agreed to proceed with the damaged shed so long Weather King fixes the damage and honor their original warranty because if we were to have them build another one it would take another 4-6 weeks. Donny said he would find out if they can offer a discount on damaged shed and how soon they can get it fixed. And that was the last time I spoke to him. From that point on he never called me back nor replied back to my messages. He didn’t even refund my deposit. Then I really got mad because not only I wasted almost two days of my personal time off from work but also was losing my deposit. Then I called Weather King corporate office and filed a complaint and asked them to immediately cancel my order and refund my deposit. Luckily corporate office understood my frustration and canceled my order pronto. After few days they refunded my deposit as well. So this was one of a kind experience that I wouldn’t wish to anyone to experience it EVER! If you can, stay very far away from this “business” (not sure if they even qualify to be called that)! These are very unprofessional people to deal with. Buyers please be aware!!

Very professional business, salesman at the lot is very professional and pleasant to work with.Shed was picked out paid for and delivered within 3 days on time and situated in a position of our choosing , we will buy from them again.

Had a leak, called em. Said they would be out in the morning, then they no showed and started sending our calls to voicemail and refused to do anything. Had to use corporate for warranty, after they wasted our time and got stuff in the shed wet. Go anywhere else but here.

Our Weather King building was delivered today and we are delighted with the appearance as well as the quality of the building. However, the best part of the whole transaction was the level of customer care given at all levels. Denver and Mike were awesome when I placed the order. Justin, the delivery guy, was amazing and very helpful in making sure we were pleased with the placement of the building. I highly recommend this provider but would suggest you order utilizing their internet sales person rather than one of the small lots. They are much more knowledgeable of the whole process.

Dropped my cabin off ? crooked,did not do anything ? to fix the situation. While pulling in drive the driver ripped open a part of my cabin by passing too close ? to the ? trees. Had to cut down more trees than i wanted to get cabin ? in.Still haven't sent anyone to repair it ?, ? unhappy.Usually buy from Riverbend,changed ? to Bluehouse,They moved ? couldn't find them.They are cheaper and lower notes.Maybe had a better deal because we already bought and pd.for 3 cabins,and now paying ? on a trailer. Wish we new ? where they were.Too late now,damage ? done!
