Horrible service and pharmacy techs. Refusing me meds on the days given by my doctor. Then they assure me it's be ready in 48 hours only to tell me that there is something going on with my insurance. They have no education, are negligent and do not need to be dispensing medication to this country.

Zero stars! Two thimbs WAAAY down! Walgreens should be ashamed to exploit sick people this way. Charged me $77 for 5- azithromycin pills! Because I was sick and had already asked the doctor to send the prescription here, I went ahead and paid, not realizing how badly I was getting screwed but once I saw that there were only 5 pills in the bottle, I checked The Prescription Place and was told their cash price was under $13.00! I called back and spoke with the pharmacist, told her about the $13.00 price. She said I should probably just go there next time. I will and will also tell everyone I know to NEVER use that pharmacy again.

Worse customer service Ever all staff is very rude. I have tried to shop in WALGREENS IN DEFUNIAK SPRINGS SEVERAL TIMES but the minute I bring out a coupon that store refuses to even scan the coupon. They stand there reading the whole coupon and then grab the coupon policy to tell you that it is not accepted. Example I had aveeno coupons (3.00 ) item. Went to a Walgreens in ft walton and picked up two aveeno and handed them my coupons and they scanned them told me the total n

This store has the rudest employees I've ever encountered. First off, I was blatantly ignored by the cashier for 3-4 minutes when I walked in the store. One of the managers was extremely sarcastic and belittled me. I didn't realize their return window for my purchase was closed. That was my mistake. However, when the manager was called she was rude toward me. I then go to make another purchase (only because I absolutely had to), and she's at the counter. She then recites the return/non return policy to me and asks me if I understand this time. That is uncalled for and unprofessional. I never made a scene or argued about a return I was trying to make. I will be taking my business to a CVS that is entirely out of my way. I refuse to be treated that way. I will not be back.

I honestly have been to many WALGREENS and this one has the WORST employees Felicia I believe her name is should not even be at the front counter. She is not friendly and warming and I like to call her a coupon police. I called P&G and the gentleman said I should have no problem using my coupon as long as it does not say excludes gift sets. Which it did not say that. Felicia looked at the coupon and read it 3 different times and refused to scan my coupon and said SHE DID NOT KNOW IF SHE COULD ACCEPT THIS. Keyword: she don't know !!! So I very nicely explained I spoke with the MFG since last time she would not take my coupons either. This is now my 3rd encounter with her and she won't even attempt to scan the coupon before harassing me about it and yes I can say harassment because that is what she is doing. I have NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS KIND OF CM SERVICE ANYWHERE AND HAVE BEEN EMBARRASSED WHILE PEOPLE ARE STANDING BEHIND ME AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGERS CONTACT INFO SHE THEN REFUSED THAT TOO. So she refused my purchase with coupons refused to get her district manager and is down right A RUDE EMPLOYEE. So for that Walgreens in DeFuniak if I could give you a ZERO belief me I would.
