UPS has been handing off smaller packages to USPS and the service is terrible in Defuniak Springs Fl. Will not be using them for smaller items.

I don't know if it's our area or just times changing. Packages are ALWAYS DAMAGED when they arrive or after we mail them. The service comes with a smile but I'm not down with brown. This package was $500 plus dollars bought by my children for their Daddy. This time you made my children cry and stained my carpet with sticky dark stuff. I assumed all that rain water made the box clean.. Dumb me... How does it rain inside of a box truck? Attitudes, skill and common sense needed. #madmomma
